No star is need here, I got my baggage and tried calling them as they told me to call them when I'm collecting my bags, I tried to call them and there phones off I tried about 10 times and emailed them about 8 times still couldn't get through I was about to call the police but then I was told by britol airport staff to call a number totatally differant which I called to be told that there number they gave us in the start dont work no more and email dont work because they got a new one, made me wait 45 mins just to be told I'm late and have to give 20 pound extra if I want my car back. What kind of service is this? Had my kids waiting in the cold for 1 hour 20 mins at 1 am in the morning

Arrived at the café which was supposed to be opposite the last turning
Turned in and it was a private residence with a note on a tree not airport parking!

Trying to find this place took me over an hour as there is absolutely no signs to tell you where it is I went at 3am and it was pitch black the sat nav post code sends you in the wrong way(it's up a very small dirt road with absolutely no signage it is impossible to see' I only found it luckily as I saw someone was leaving and I asked them if they knew a car park)because when you phone it's impossible to understand what the person on the other end is saying as mobile coverage is very bad,or they don't pick up , when eventually got on the bus had to wait another half hour for the driver to set off which takes 20 minutes to get to the airport
When I returned waited over an hour for the bus to pick me up and then low and behold another 20 minutes while the driver waited for another person
I would've given 1 star but the guy at the park was nice so he alone gets the extra star
I'm used to using Oakwood who are brilliant I used every month but this week it was full, so I thought I would try another company as at first it was cheaper but they bolt you up for another 18£ when you arrive
Even so the price was reasonable but the service atrocious ! If this company doesn't not improve it will go out of business very soon 'Get Signposts! Quicker pickup pick , and most of all important better phone communication,otherwise you are finished ! I won't use you again unless your reputation/ greatly improves ,I nearly missed my plane

Why you are not allowed to do no star I don’t know .Absolutely disgraceful firm .A nightmare got at parking place had to use code to get in ,no code .Then we had to wait for transport over 40 mins to airport .Then were told to phone straight off plane we did told 30 minutes wait more like 40 then no room on bus for suitcases because they made sure bus was completely full before moving suitcases had to be forced in between chairs Driving drinking water from bottle no hands on wheel To top it all they charged 8.50 each way for entering and leaving airport not moaning about that but the 7 other couples paid that and all .one big scam unprofessional company

We found A1 airport car parking really difficult to find owing to the poor Internet signal around Langford. However , the young man who processed and organised our parking/Keys was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately however the pick up from Bristol airport took well over 50 minutes, whilst customers stood outside waiting for the shuttle van in the cold. Personally I felt the A1 team were trying, but were fairly unorganised. Dated 22/9/2026

They scam company

This was the worst place to park ever , Never again , the location in on a horse livery yard in some field , no proper signs , the track is horrendous, got charged extra when I returned , waited ages for them to answer the phone , dosnt reply to messages or emails , this was the worst experience ever and not very well organised.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Doesn’t deserve 1

Seemed good at first — directed me to their site for a good price better than the comparison websites.
Drop-off smooth, then hit with £10 each way parking. Returned to car covered in mud inside & out, damp seat, plus £21 exit fee. And my tank was EMPTY — showing only 21 miles — stranded at 5am with no open station nearby.

Side note: i left UK on a hot summers day and returned on a day where no rain was predicted.
Called repeatedly — fobbed off, manager “away / sick”, calls ignored. Clearly blocked my number. No response, no call back, nothing.
⚠️ NOT Stansted Airport — third-party, avoid! Save your money, car and sanity

If I could give them 0 I would, don't use them, I cancelled my booking 4 weeks ago and still haven't had a refund, when you call them, you get the same answer, we will refund you in a couple of days, when you try to escalate it to a manager, they put you on hold for 25 mins and then hang up on you, that has happened to me twice, have no choice but to believe the whole thing is a scam, I wish I'd looked at the reviews before I booked, never again

Scam Alert - do not book with this person - cost me £63.94 - i even paid the additional £2 cancellation insurance. No communication. You have to pay the travel cost for someone to meet you and collect your vehicle. You may be waiting a long time to meet the shady character. And then your vehicle gets dumped on the side of the road somewhere for a week. AVOID AVOID AVOID

A1 Bristol Airport meet and greet.
Please don't use, our car was parked over a couple of venues as it showed on our toyota app. We phoned them to ask what was happening and the lady on the other end hung up. This made us very worried before we boarded our plane. We boarded our plane and used my partners phone and she answered again. We voiced our concerns and we were told they had several car parks and everything was fine.
On our return. We phoned from our baggage reclaim and was told the car would be returned in half hour. One and a half hours later we were still waiting along with several other people waiting for their cars. When our car finally arrived it was covered all over in mud as if it had been parked in a field and inside our car on the driver side was full of mud and grass.
Such a rude sevice and an unprofessional company. We will never use again!

Getting there-
Didnt answer phone.
Incorrect post code on booking. Sent correct one once they answered.
Long pothole riddled lane to stables.
Car park was muddy.
Was told driver needed a break. Waited 35 minutes.
Charged every car £10 each way gate fee. Only cost £14.

Arrived back in Bristol 22.35 they answered phone at 23.09 said be there 30 mins. Then called back to say he would be 10 minutes.

As the bus was over full we waited 45 minutes for a second vehicle to take luggage.
Car was parked too close for driver of the next car to get in.
Finally got out got out of there 00.15.
The whole experience was a nightmare

Please do NOT use this company. A dreadful experience from a group that have no thought for putting the customer's needs and wishes first. A company that has 1 mini bus ( and if the driver 'is on a break' as we were told, then the customer can wait. Yes - we contacted them on landing at just after 10pm, we actually left the airport at midnight. By the way, they took forever to answer the phone, and having contacted them several times to enquire where the shuttle was, we were told 10 minutes. Not impressed as we were waiting in a dark, wet carpark.
We were charged an additional £17 - barrier fees when we checked in - others were charged differing amount, but what a con.
There was no apology for this poor service and many of the group had upwards of a 2 hour drive home.
I will NEVER book with this company again, they really do not deliver the service one expects.

Fraud company , Dont waste time or money. No actual parking as police had shut the parking . I keep calling for a refund and they keep saying refunds on the way even after 1 month. Would not recommend at all . Horrible customer service.

I made my booking on 22 July 2026 and cancelled it on 25 July 2026 because my plans changed. I paid for the cancellation option and expected my refund to be processed.
Unfortunately, I am still waiting for my refund.
I have contacted customer service by phone and email several times, but the customer service has been very poor. I have not received a clear explanation or a definite date for when my money will be returned.
I have been patient, but this has gone on for far too long. When a customer cancels a booking according to the terms, they should not have to repeatedly chase the company to get their money back.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Pleaseee!!!!! DO NOT BOOK with this company.
We arrived on time at the airport giving ourselves 2.5h to drop the car and the checked in luggage. This company was an hour late putting us in a very difficult and stressful situation despite us calling them 45min before arriving. Their customer service is ridiculous- some indian girl that doesn’t talk just repeats that the driver will be with you in 5-7 minutes on repeat even though she said the same thing 20 minutes ago. The driver arrived laughing for some reason and looked high, not sure if he was just enjoyed watching us being stressed.

The picking up the car was even worse, we waited almost 2h with a 3 year old at 2am on a freezing rainy night. Again they don’t pick up the phone, our flight was on time, we let them know as soon as we landed and still enden up waiting, but the worse part is that they don’t even talk to you so you wait but you don’t even know what you’re waiting for, we genuinely considered calling the police as we were absolutely left to wonder what/where exactly is our car…save your time and please don’t book!!

AVOID AT ALL COST! Booked & Paid cancellation cover on 3rd Sep. I cancelled day after booking, they insisted on knowing why and kept asking, said I’d hear back in 48hrs, nothing! Contacted them again, same reply, now saying 24hrs, then same day. No apology for the delay and still no refund!! Terrible service, should have read reviews before booking :(

Muddy car and 152 extra miles added on the clock. Avoid at all cost
