My last review got removed so im writing it again as people should be able to have access to the REAL reviews... The owner of this company OAKWOOD PARKING threatened to fight my elderly family in the carpark after we simply and calmly asked if we could be picked up next as lots of people have pushed in several times and we had already been waiting 35minutes. He instantly became very defensive and denied that we waited that long even though I had spoken to him on the phone 35minutes before... he then left us and everyone else there and refused to take us back, forcing us to pay for an uber. LUCKILY we had a full refund a couple of weeks later but still doesnt change the fact that EVERYONE SHOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAUGE!!!
Ive since used the company next door and they have been absolutely spot on, even leaving the car in a much cleaner than oakwood ever did.

Police involved - Damaged car - two severed seat belts and Oakwood no help.

We returned to find our car in different driving modes, all settings changed and worse - two destroyed seat belts. Our car is 7 years old and the seat belts worn by our children in the way to the airport are destroyed.

What are they doing? Have called the police.

Awful they used your car while you are away then take 2 hrs to find it awful customer service it’s a family run business they all look like inbreds

Have used this for around three years : never had a problem. Simple, easy. My vehicles were always in the same condition when I collected as to when when I dropped them off. Friendly drivers on the shuttle than runs every 10 min or less to the airport. My flight came in at around 12:40 ish last night- by the time I got me and disabled uncle through customs it was gone 1.30am ; called Oakwood and the minibus was already on its way to get us and another couple. Much better than queuing for almost 40 mins at Silver zone for example; dropping keys, people shoving and collecting keys at the same time! Oakwood was so easy. Efficient staff. All the self entitled “ I have a child “ brigade would find this far easier than the other parking areas. Not that bad price wise. Will only use this parking facility now. Two lovely welsh drivers Wednesday and Saturday just gone.

4th time to use Oakwood parking this year and again it was great.
Easy to find, quick and easy to drop off car and quick transport to airport where the minibus stops a lot nearer than the main drop off area.
On return phoned the number and the bus picked us up 3 or 4 minutes later, dropped us at the car park, picked up the key and were on the road in minutes.
All was good and for one of the cheapest prices I could find.

Arrival and transport to the airport was smooth - quick and easy and really helpful friendly driver. Unfortunatly I can’t say the same for the return journey.
Lots of people waiting for pick up with no clear place to wait or order for collection. Finally minibus arrived, could only fit 12 people on and it was a free for all. People who had only just arrived elbowed their way in and majority left to wait for next bus to show up. We were travelling with a 1 year old so our ability to run, put our luggage on and get in minibus was hampered. I think we’d still be there now if it weren’t for some very kind people who helped us - other customers I should point out. Staff very rude and couldn’t care less

Absolutely hopeless, on returning to my very dirty car, I find broken fuel cap? What had they been doing?
On starting the engine the radio starts playing loud music, which deafened me and my wife.

Great service going to the airport, but on return there was a large queue for the buses and we were freezing. Not too long and we got back to Oakwood, my mum went in for the key and she told her that the car is parked where the bus had dropped us… it wasn’t.. couldn’t see it anywhere, by this time everyone else had jumped in the cars which were parked locally had left. I went back to the office to say we could not find the car, very rude young girl looked at me and said “key” which I handed it to her and she had to walk up further where all the other cars were parked in lines… I asked why ours hadn’t been brought down.. and her answer was “ it has” then walked back to the office! Her attitude was disgusting when our fees are her wages! Terrible customer service to which will prevent me from booking there in the future!

don’t not park here our car got robbed, very dodgy place mess every where in the car like even chocolate smears left all over the dash (possibly feaces) grass, mud, car definitely looked like it’s been driven. AVOID AT ALL COST….

Absolutely shocking and rude staff.. person driving the minibus was like silent bob although did grunt once or twice, even when asked a question ignored it, other customers trying to contact and were ignored! back to my car and it looks like it’s been kept in the desert in Las Vegas! It’s absolutely stinking. For the amount of money you pay, you would expect some level of care. Avoid this place like the plague

Returned to a cracked windscreen and Jo seemed concerned and attentive when I told her before we left. The owner was next to useless the next day, refusing to accept responsibility eventually replying via email days later. What an absolute embarrassment of a company and owner.

I have used Oakwood parking for years as a former travel consultant always found them to provide a good service and always put business there way , but now will be contacting everyone to let them know , but we returned from holiday in middle of night 14th august 2025 and my Husband spotted a massive crack across our widescreen which was not there when dropped car of to them we were fuming the girl named Jo took photos as did we , rang up next day explained to a lady on phone we’d spoken to Jo but was very unhelpful really just said send photos over and basically try your luck I also have asked for cctv footage which haven’t received yet ! ,we knew after reading reviews we would get anywhere we have been told that the damage is over £1000 to replace the windscreen because it’s a Audi q5 will now send photos over to them along with a quote of damage , we are seeking legal advise and action .PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM EVER !

Oakwood parking damaged our car to the point it is not drivable. They refused to take responsibility. Please do not take your car here, we are in the process of taking legal action.

We left a working car and received a broken car and repairs for 645 pounds and non-working air conditioning and other defects in the car. I do not recommend parking to anyone, be careful. We wrote to someone on the website, no attention, such incompetent work, no response or attention anywhere, I am disgusted by the attitude of this employee. He said he would ask one of the workers in the parking lot. but there is no answer. but I didn't expect them to be incompetent and uneducated, but in such a country such people

These guys were brilliant. As soon as we arrived there was transport ready to take us to Bristol airport. Best price for 2 weeks. Car was in the same condition and easy to book. I will use again for sure thank you again 😊

I have used Oakwood before and it’s been ok but wouldn’t use again, really long wait after collecting luggage then sat on the bus waiting whilst the driver was on the phone having a domestic. Unprofessional and slow service.

I wouldn't use these again, just got back to the guy driving the minibus, was all smiles :( not even allowed to drink water on the bus after 4 hours of flying. They rush you to the bus because they don't want to pay extra or send a second bus. Then they've move our car and parked it righting bushes. I have pics to prove this. Also there's a dent on the back from where they've reversed the car in to the bushes. Will never use them again. I should of listened to the bad reviews before booking.

We have used Oakwood Parking on numerous occasions and found their service to be good but today they excelled and went above and beyond. My passport was discovered in their car park, they tracked me down and arranged for my passport to be delivered to the airport drop off zone whilst I was sitting in the terminal drinking my pint totally unaware that my passport was missing. Without their effort and kindness my partner and I would have certainly missed our flight. Thank you again Oakwood.

Car got damaged in their care, showed them the damage before we left and was told to email the manager the following day 5 emails have now been sent no reply, after 4 phone calls finally got the manager on the phone who was rude and then obnoxious, told her what the damage was and she said that if it was caused by another customer then it’s not their fault and nothing they can do!! Absolutely shocking and I’m now seeking legal advice

Wow Oakwood parking. Very friendly, very helpful and very efficient. As a female lone driver they definitely made parking easy. On the return they were there waiting, car easily found. I will definitely use them again. Thank you Oakwood Parking.
