Awful waited an hour at the airport came to my car it was parked in a bush and a massive a scratch on the car was not their previously would strongly not recommend

Be very cautious if you browse or start a booking on their website. Shortly after looking at their site, I received an unsolicited phone call from them attempting a hard sell to secure my booking.

The pushy sales tactics immediately raised red flags for me, so I decided not to risk it and booked with a different, reputable provider instead. A genuine, professional parking operator shouldn't need to resort to high-pressure phone tactics just to get business. I strongly advise shopping around and using a trusted service instead.

Excellent service definitely recommend.parking was very cheap.shuttle bus was little bit late but it’s ok you can’t expect very quick one in this price.

I have today instructed Avon and Somerset police to investigate this company for their shoddy practices. Honestly guys, don't bother complaining to these cowboys, I will save you the hassle. Just go straight to the police.

They damaged my brand new car as part of the meet and greet service, and are refusing to deal with the complaint. I have called over 20 times. Live chatted over 20 times only to get the same answer over the last 3 weeks. Someone will call you back in 12 hours.

It's all lies. Every single one of these reviews is correct. The staff are rude and vile, and I suspect that a lot of them don't have the correct drivers licence based on what I read here.

I have also contacted Bristol airport and the national cyber security centre to take down their website, as they are still free to trade and scam even more customers.

Avoid at all costs unless you want your holiday ruined and want to pay for your car to be repaired out of your own pocket.

Booked them for Bristol Airport. I was told to call them 40-45 mins prior my arriving. I was calling 2 different numbers like 20 times with no answer. I was panicking a bit then someone finally answered when I was 20 mins away from airport. Guy said that that I should have called them 40mins away. When I told him that I rang like 20 times he said they may have weak signal!! I had to wait 25 mins before airport for them to arrive! When collecting the car been waiting extra 15mins on top of 45mins they told me. Car arrived with muddy wheels as if it were driven across fields or something. 100% not recommended!!!

This company is currently under police investigation for being illegal.

I was directed to park in a very run-down car park and was made to hand over my car keys. To find out on return that my car was moved to a random location somewhere around Luton, and the police were unable to locate it.

When calling the company, I was told that I was unable to collect my car and that they would drive it home for me. When questioning them, they didn't offer an explanation.

Please do not use this company and consider using an alternative parking.

I would give zero stars if I could.
Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. The staff member repeatedly put the phone down on me during calls, to the point where I genuinely thought it might be a scam.

The service was around 45 minutes late, and when I called to follow up, I was spoken to quite rudely and told, “I already told you it’s going to be 5 minutes,” before the phone was put down again.

Overall, a very unpleasant experience and not a service I would recommend. I also noticed multiple scratches on the vehicle.

This company has been shut down by police do not book it, they have been operating fraudulently, moving and using cars offsite to nearby pubs and local car parks.

I don't normally read or write reviews, so it's my own bloody fault!

If you do decide to 'retrospectively' read reviews after the excitement of booking what you thought was a complete steal for airport parking (me being that tool) - and subsequently deciding against it, be prepared to have a 15% cancellation fee and a wait of (quote on quote, "within 5-6 weeks")

6 weeks so far and still no refund - in the hopes the customer forgets I suppose!!

Worst airport parking experience ever, so unprofessional almost made us miss the flight out charged us an additional £29 without prior notice and when we got back took over an hour to drop us our car. DONT NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!

They did not answer show up and made to pay for my own taxi 22£ on return because driver who barely spoke English told me he aint coming back for another hour then rudely told me to book my own taxi if i wasnt happy bare in mind its 2am.
They charge 18£ on arrives for shuffle worst ever never again biggest mistake I rather pay 100 pound extra then ever make that mistake again .

Absolutely AVOID this company at all costs. This is the second time we've used this company and their service is shocking, so bad! Firstly we had to wait nearly 30minutes to be taken to the airport, then on our return i tried calling the number specified for 45 minutes with no answer, i then tried off my husbands phone and they answered straight away stating they could be up to 30 minutes longer (we had already waited 45 minutes from our booked time of 3pm) even after this we were left waiting over an hour & not the 30 minutes they had stated. So in total we waited over 1hr 45 minutes from the pre-booked time which i think is absolutely ridiculous for a pre-booked service!!

DO NOT USE A1 AIRPORT PARKING IN BRISTOL AIRPORT!!
We booked meet and greet car parking from Friday 28th August to Tuesday 1st September with A1Airport Parking. When we returned to the airport to collect the car, we could see the vehicle tracker showed that the car was on the road behind the short stay car park. I rang the designated telephone number and was told the car would be around 40 minutes. I told the man that the car was by the car park but he insisted it was in the main compound. I told him we could see the car on the tracker being driven back and forth the road behind the car park and he said he would call me back. He didn’t. We waited to see if the car would turn up as we could see on the tracker it was in motion but it was a no show. My son in law followed two of the drivers who dropped off other cars to the back road and he saw them get into his car which was being driven by someone else and they drove off. I rang the contact number another 3 times to complain as I had my 6 year old grandson with me and by this time it was gone 1am. The person I spoke to insisted the car was in the car compound and when I told him I was tracking it he put the phone down on me.
My son in law saw the car again being driven with two others in there and shouted at the driver to stop the car. The driver sped off without stopping.
I called again and was told that the car would be 15 minutes as it was not ready. It was clearly being used as a taxi to take other drivers back and for the car parks. Over the weekend it has been driven over 100 miles!!
The car returned to the back road and my son in law tried to stop the driver and get the car. The driver sped off again, screeching the tyres and refusing to stop. I rang the office yet again and told the man that the police were on the way and he hung up on me.
The car then turned up and the driver was arrested. He was begging us not to call the police and said that he was just a taxi driver. His English was terrible and he could not show evidence of his ID or driving licence to the police. The officer told us he wasn’t convinced that the driver was who he said he was or that he even had a driving licence.
There is damage to the drivers side door and a dent on the passenger side. I rang the company again and spoke to another person whilst the police were with us and I was told I would be fully compensated, but I’ve had no emails or calls since. The police said that this is a regular occurrence. I’ve called the company 10 times this morning and have been given an email address that is undeliverable and have been hung up on numerous times when I say I want to make a complaint.
Please share this so that others don’t get scammed by this company

5 days and counting! Trying to get my refund for two cancellations! Waiting on the phone is a joke! The London number just awful no response says she is looking for the booking and not a thing! This company needs reporting for taking money by deception! When I paid the extra for cancellation fee due to my ill health! Bristol Airport needs to know about this! And do something!

From booking onwards was a complete shambles.i went on a compare site and a1 parking Bristol popped straight up and looked a very reasonable price so booked.
Didn’t receive confirmation email just a message saying thanks for booking & to ring when 30 mins from airport.
Postcode on the web site takes you no where near the site.
Then trying to get someone to answer the phone for directions took about 20 mins.finally getting to the site was needed a code to get in the gate (which we were not given) to then be told there was another £20 charge for airport barrier.
When landing back into the uk it took me at least 30 times over 3/4 hr to get through to someone for pick up & overall 2 hrs waiting for pick up.
I would never use these charlatans again

Cowboys. Car left on a dusty construction site. All passengers asked to pay Luton drop off £20 set down pick up levy. As you get dropped from one vehicle this should be shared £20. Scammers. On return was stuck waiting 2 hours. Eventually told 40 min wait.
An A1 driver dropped a car to someone else also waiting. Hitched a ride back to my filthy dirty car with his return driver. Absolute scammers

I WOULD NOT even give you a 1 star that is based on the transfer man he was amazing ..
Disturbingly left my car with these idiots with 126 miles left in as was more convenient for me to just get back in the car back upon arrival to get home sufficiently..these absolute morons and yea I say morons decided to either take all my fuel.out of my car or use my car whilst we were away ..to be stranded in Hitchin on a road with no street lights with a very scared 10 year old ..we had to wait for nearly 2 hours before someone agreed to bring me some fuel if I paid for it ..absolutely not !!scammers 100% absolutely vile which meant I then had to divert half hour out of my way to find a 24 hour garage to be able to get home as what they brought would hardly get me down the road ...
I will be taking this further as no one will answer the phone or reply to emails

I experienced a very efficient and timely service in Luton, the car was returned the same condition of how I dropped it and the pick up was smooth. No issues to report, satisfactory meet and greet.

Absolutely horrendous. Once they answered the phone after about 20 missed calls. They told us 40 minutes. 1hour and 40minutes later still stood here and the guys that drop off other cars just look at you and don’t reply to you.
