Poor no communication at all

Zero stars.
We used this company who then used a third party called ROSE PARKING and our car was returned in a terrible state. It had 3 huge scratches down the side. They say they use a secure parking site but an officer told me they dump them anywhere and they are both now refusing to pay for the damage. They are not answering any sort of communication so we are having to go down the small claims court to get payment for the damage. Both firms are disgusting do not use

Avoid those scammers! They withdraw money from my card without my permission and their customer service ignored my messages and calls. Wish I could give less than one star

The loose change that was left in my car was stolen! I would avoid using this company

I didn't actually use the parking in the end as someone offered me a lift but I was impressed with the service once I had to cancel my booking - within the 48 hours. This company allows all ways to communicate with them - emails, phone calls - which is a bonus these days. I had polite and detailed responses within the same day and my money was returned within a few days. When I booked though I did go with their recommended parking deals - this may help with final experiences on the day but I can't really comment on this yet.

We followed instructions to ring 30 minutes before arriving But operators English was extremely poor and couldn't understand us. We then found out they had actually lost our booking and we have to prove it to them when they eventually came. On the way back we rang them as instructed and we're told that we could either wait two hours or make our way to Terminal Five across the airport which we did. We waited for ages and after 3 or 4 calls they eventually turned up but it put us back a couple of hours. Again the operator barely spoke English and it was very difficult to communicate. These are obviously a bunch of cowboys offering a service that they have no intentions of fulfilling. Do not even consider using them.

It certainly was not meet and greet as we had booked. Long wait when we arrived and an evening longer wait when we returned from our holiday. They took over an hour to drive our car back that had obviously been parked a long way away in a muddy field as the wheels were muddy and splashed of mud on the bodywork.
There communication now poor and failed to answer emails.

An excellent service with very compatible fees. They were on time, specific and polite.i will use them for my future parking needs.

This company is horrific- do not use!!
Absolutely terrible service and experience, were late to pick car up on arrival, looked crazy dodgy and couldn’t provide us with any sort of paperwork or receipts to say they had taken the car. On return it was an even worse experience, two and a half hours to get the vehicle, phoned police as we thought they were continually lieing no one answered the phone we just got the odd random text, which we didn’t believe. When they did eventually return the car they left it in the wrong place with the key on the wheel and sent a text, so we had to run off to find it. Absolutely unbelievable experience.

Quick and prompt service no issues at all

Awful service . Waited over 90 mins in total for meet and greet parking . Hardly spoke any English or certainly couldn't understand the customer services .
Also was told I had to pay the £8 each way parking tickets to get out of the car park . Wouldn't use these guys at any price again.

I think one star is generous! If you find this website do no use it! We waited an hour for our car and the guys are rude and total liars! It was home farm livery but booked via compare your parking and park and ride Bristol!

❌DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE❌ We booked for Meet and Greet at Heathrow T4. Passed to a company called Easy Parking. Total shambles waiting over an hour for return of car on landing and 40 minutes on departure for car collection. Reviews of damage to cars etc widespread on Trustpilot, Stay safe and use a recommended provider

"Avoid at all costs – took payment, provided zero confirmation, and ghosted us"My husband booked and paid for Manchester Airport parking through CompareMyParkingDeals.co.uk. The money was taken straight from our credit card, but we never received any email confirmation.We tried everything to resolve this—we emailed, called, and when we finally managed to speak to someone, they claimed they had no record of a confirmation and promised to look into it. We never heard back from them, and subsequent calls and messages were completely ignored. Only after this happened did I take the time to look closely at them and read their Trustpilot reviews—my husband deeply regrets not checking them first. Taking your money while failing to deliver any service or communication is completely unacceptable. We have now had to get our credit card company involved to recover the funds. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company.

Zero stars!!!!!! This is a scam avoid like the plague had to report them to the police to get them to return our car. They offer a 30 min meet and greet we waited over an hour after chasing every 10 mins to get our car back- absolute joke. They send you to the wrong car park on their instructions and aren’t even permitted to use the car park suggested so you get sent elsewhere, this is not meet and greet this is off dodgy airport parking, our car had been on a residential street near slough. we then had to pay 2x £13 charges to drop off and collect within the airport short stay car park.

Very bad experience. Waiting a lot to be picked up from the airport and also to take you to the airport after dropping off your car. 2 days after picking up my car I got a penalty for parking the car in a private car park after the vehicle was entirely out of my possession and under the care of the parking company . Never again !!!!

I wish I'd read these reviews before using this outfit.
The operator we were offered / that was offered to us was pretty flaky. Part of the instruction was call the company - LHR Meet & Greet - 20 mins before drop off. There was initially no answer from the number you had to call. Eventually we waited 35 minutes for the driver that was supposed to be meeting us. A catch is that the customer pays for the short stay parking - so all the messing around is paid for by the customer....
On our return we waited 75 minutes for the car to be delivered back to us! The driver was very apologetic ...telling us that he'd only been given the job 15 minutes earlier.
Absolute cr*p service, unnecessarily stressful and with additional parking charges it became expensive. Avoid - avoid - avoid.

Utter lies and falsification of my feedback. Was going to leave a 3-4 star rating. Due to difficulty in getting hold of anyone. Wait times at drop off and collection were too long and an excessive charge for a delayed collection (my fault) However, following a phone call requesting feedback yesterday, I received an email which alleges that I left ‘very nice compliments on the call’, it also included my **REMARKS** where apparently, my experience was ‘smooth, it made my travel experience more enjoyable and that I highly recommend’. This is complete falsification of what I said. Utter lies!!
This company is Best to avoid I would say

Don't touch them with a bargepole. Very poor communication. Absolutely appalling. Spend a bit more to get a reliable service. Glad we changed. We didn't get a refund. Rubbish

Damage to vehicle during stay. Impossible to contact someone who can explain the procedure, I am told to call back and speak to “Sam” and then when I do, Sam doesn’t take calls. Cat & mouse game to avoided dealing with the issue.
