Avoid this company at all costs
I took a picture of my mileage upon arriving at this so called car park. After my holiday I returned and realised my car had been used over 15 miles, my car seat was in an almost laid back position and all my driver settings were changed. When challenged they said the car was moved to a different compound (which I do not believe) the so called car park itself is basically a field with zero lighting and looks very dodgy. The transfer vehicles they use to take passengers is almost as old as my grandma and falling to bits and dirty inside and out. Avoid at all costs - these people are dodgy and shouldn’t be trusted.

they used my car, adding 17 miles onto it while I was away, using my petrol and littering my car.
Also, they were rude and denied it.
The car park was dusty and dirty.

Do not use this car park.
I left my car here for two weeks while we were on holiday and came back to find 15 extra miles on the clock, my petrol used and Starbucks cups left inside my car from the airport. My car has clearly been used while I was away, and given the size of the boot, it has likely been used for airport shuttles. None of this was explained or agreed to when I booked.
And as if that wasn’t enough, the car park itself is basically a dusty, dirty field
When I complained, the staff were rude and completely denied using my car, despite the extra mileage and litter inside.

Poor communication, unexpected charges
Poor communication, additional charges (drop off and collection - officially charged per car, but families and individuals sharing a taxi from ARC parking each being charged). Slow collection and no pre determined collection point - just find your taxi. For Heathrow - it’s run out of an old caravan, I was hurried and chased even though I was 30 mins early to join a family in a single taxi (no issues on sharing but also no explanation as to why the hurry up!)
The price is good and if you use aware of the limitations and issues then fine, but as a frequent traveller I wouldn’t use again, gave me zero confidence.

Don’t use this company
Don’t use this company. The communication is very poor and when you contact them to pick you up from the airport they take a very long time to come and don’t communicate with you very well. Infact he got angry at me for calling him to ask how long they will be. I wouldn’t recommend them they are not very professional.
