On arrival at the car park, I was informed the bus link was not working that day. I drove to the airport parking and had to wait over 45mins for a someone to collect my car and keys from me. On return, I called after baggage collection as instructed. I then had to wait over 90mins, whilst calls went unanswered and lies were told regarding how long until my car would be delivered.

There was no apology or customer service at any point.

Overall, negative experience with no apology.

I would not recommend Arc Parking Park & Ride based on my experience.

When we arrived, we were told we had to pay an additional £12 transfer fee, even though our booking clearly included airport transfers in the price. This extra charge was not stated in our contract or booking confirmation.

You are also required to leave your car keys, and it appears they do use customers’ vehicles. We found items in the boot had been moved, which was very concerning.

When we collected our car, it was returned in a disgusting condition. It was extremely dirty, and we had to pay £20 for a car wash just to get it clean again.

The customer service was appalling. Before we travelled, they asked us to call when we landed so they could arrange collection. We called at 5:30 pm, but we were not picked up until 6:50 pm. After a long journey, having to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes for a transfer from a company that is only around 10 minutes from the airport was completely unacceptable.

While we were waiting, our calls were either ignored, disconnected, or we were repeatedly told “20 more minutes,” which turned into well over an hour. The lack of communication and respect for customers was shocking.

To make matters worse, the transfer vehicle itself was dirty, smelly, and unpleasant, and the driver was rude.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Unexpected charges, concerns about our vehicle being used, poor customer service, excessive waiting times, and the condition of both our car and the transfer vehicle mean I would never use this company again.

We booked park and ride at Heathrow airport 10/3/2026-24/3/2026. On the parking instructions it said to call 30 minutes before arrival, when we called we were told to meet a staff member in the short stay car park, level 4 at airport. This was not a park and ride facility.
Upon our return we tried calling the phone number provided as instructed, we called in excess of 100 times, each call ringing out or going to answerphone. We text and left messages and did not get a response. We reported our car stolen to the police and paid for an Uber home. Once home, 4 hours after landing, we received a phone call from the company asking if we were going to collect our car. After many more calls and much stress our car was delivered to our home address at 11.15pm, 16 hours after we arrived back at Heathrow.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
They returned the car and left the key on the wheel, in a public space and left.
