Vehicle left unsecured and taken to undisclosed location

I booked an airport meet and greet parking service through this website in July 2026

I arrived at London Luton Airport and followed the instructions provided. Despite doing so, the driver arrived late. As a result, my vehicle remained in the drop-off zone beyond the permitted time, causing me to incur an additional £10 drop-off charge
While I was away, I checked my vehicle's app and discovered that, during this delay, the driver had disabled the vehicle tracking feature within the infotainment system. I have serious concerns about why this was necessary.

On my return to Luton Airport, I followed the return instructions and was simply told to proceed to Bay M, with no further information.
Assuming this referred to the same location where I had dropped off the vehicle, I returned to the drop-off area, only to discover that no Bay M existed there.
After calling the provided number again, I was informed that Bay M was in the coach park and that my vehicle would be brought there.
When I questioned this and requested that my vehicle instead be returned to the drop-off area, this request was refused.
Upon arriving at the coach park, it became clear that private vehicles were not permitted there. I called the company again and was then told that a shuttle bus would collect me and take me to an undisclosed location to retrieve my vehicle. When I expressed that I was uncomfortable boarding a bus without knowing where I was being taken, the call was abruptly terminated.
Staff at the coach park informed me that the parking provider had been suspended from operating at the airport drop-off area. There were approximately 35 other customers experiencing the same issue.
Having no realistic alternative, we boarded the shuttle bus, which took us to an address on Burr Street, Luton.
When I arrived, my vehicle was parked alongside approximately ten others, with engines running, lights on, and no staff present.
There was no handover process whatsoever. People simply got into vehicles and drove away. There were no checks to verify ownership or identity, meaning anyone could potentially have taken any vehicle. It was also impossible to know how long the vehicles had been left unattended with their engines running.
My vehicle was also returned in a filthy condition, covered in dust.

I have written to them requesting a full refund but we will see

Completely different service than that…

Completely different service than that I paid for, instead of airport drop off I had to drive to different location where they even told me off why I am late.... Then on arrival back same thing again they took me with a bus to the car location.. car was so dusty after the parking and I have got miscommunication every time..

Worst service I’ve ever used

Worst service I’ve ever used, called the number given 30mins before arriving at the airport only to be told there’s been a security issue at the airport and that I would have to come to the parking company’s yard and park the car there and catch a shuttle to the airport, which was a total lie as I asked at the airport if there had been any issues that morning and was told no there hasn’t been any issues. Then when I got back from my trip they weren’t even at the airport to pick me up, called them up and was told they were there and now have left when I was waiting in bay M like I was told to. Totally unprofessional and a micky mouse outfit of a company. I would strongly recommend to avoid this company at all costs. I paid for a meet and great drop of service at the terminal for my vehicle and wasn’t given the service I paid for.

Mistakenly put the wrong arrival date…

Mistakenly put the wrong arrival date for my car they phoned me and I said I was very sorry it was 2 days later so they said to email them. I emailed them about 5 times and then tried to call them sent texts to the phone number that was on my booking no answer. Asked for a refund which was over £80 still no answer. That was over a week ago. Even if I could talk to them I fully understand I wldnt get the full refund but literally no contact whatsoever. Terrible company

AVOID!!!!

I used this company for a meet-and-greet service at Stansted Airport while away on a city-break weekend, and my experience was extremely disappointing.
When I collected my car late on Sunday, I immediately noticed two McDonald’s coffee cups left in the centre console. One of the cups still had a McDonald’s drive-through sticker attached, suggesting that someone had been using my vehicle during my absence. The water bottles I had left neatly in the centre console had been carelessly thrown onto the floor in the back of the car.
On further inspection, I found coffee splattered down the outside of the vehicle on the passenger side.
A few days later, the situation became even more concerning when I received a parking fine from Stansted Airport. The photographic evidence clearly showed a man driving my car at 9:11 pm while my partner and I were both out of the country.
I have contacted the company multiple times regarding the condition of my vehicle, the McDonald’s cups left inside, and the parking charge that I have had to appeal. I have sent several emails requesting an explanation and a refund of the parking fee I paid, but I have received no response whatsoever.
There is no customer service number available. The only contact number provided is for the meet-and-greet staff, who have been unhelpful and unable to resolve the issue.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using this company. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and apparent disregard for customers’ vehicles and belongings is completely unacceptable.

Absolutely shocking booked a car park…

Absolutely shocking booked a car park night before flight to realise I booked Heathrow instead of Gatwick I quickly tried to ring them continuously busy tried days also sent emails which kept bouncing back until I eventually 2 days later I managed contact to be told I was too late for refund I wrote email back to explain I had a paper trail etc still waiting to hear back.

directed us to some random car park in the middle of nowhere, calls to were to an indian sounding person who just said follow the postcode which we did perfectly.

when we got there, we were greeted with signs for "NO AIRPORT PARKING HERE" reported to the police, the ombudsman and disputed with my bank, I can't believe their website is allowed to be up still

Absolutely do not use I paid extra for meet and greet they was 30 minutes late for collection which cost me additional £16 on top of the £7 drop off fee you have to pay and on return I called to tell them I was back the guy on phone said you’re car just left compound and will be with you in 5-10 minutes… 2 hours later still no car and several phone calls later I was told to get on a shuttle bus which they demanded £10 extra for the journey per person which I explained several times I paid for meet and greet but they hung up on me from start to finish they was very rude and not helpful at all avoid!!!!

Beware of Meet and Greet Bristol Airport Parking Services

Booked and paid for the Meet and Greet Bristol in March for our 2 week holiday in June. Phoned the company as instructed on the way to the airport to be to told they had no record of the booking. They put the phone down on me 3 times. On my fourth call they demanded a photo shot of the parking invoice despite me already having giving them the booking Ref no. Not easy when in the car. Eventually they instructed a driver to meet us and collect our car at Bristol airport Short Stay car park exit. With two heavy bike bags, the transfer was unnecessarily difficult. The Drop and Go facility is much nearer.
On returning home, I again had to convince them that I had a booking and would like my car returned, which it was eventually an hour after the first request. Their written information regarding extra charges was totally wrong and reflected the ‘drop and go’ charges not the ‘meet and greet.’ One both occasions the drivers were polite and offered help.
Luckily, the car was returned undamaged but the stress caused by the company’s poor administration has convinced me never to rely on Compare Parking Deals again. DO NOT USE - GLD1 Trading LTD. They have proved unreliable.

Called ahead as requested by the email…

Called ahead as requested by the email but no one there on arrival. Transfer took sometime despite us advising we were cutting it fine for the bag drop due to heavy traffic on the way in. We arrived at the airport 45 minutes after arriving by car at the car park and subsequently missed bag drop.
We were taken to the airport in a land cruiser, which had empty beer cans in the rear footwells and had another companys writing on the side, and I suspected this was another customers car.
On the way back I called ahead (as requested) and it was another 40 minutes sat waiting until we were collected from the airport.
This time we were picked up in a blue shuttle and the landcruiser was parked up in all the other customer cars when we get back so make of that what you will.
Drivers were nice and polite.
They are the most reasonable but there is an additional 13£ charge before they will transfer you which is easy to miss on the email.
The transfer times aren't quick so if you don't mind waiting it's not an issue.
Based on our experience we wouldn't use again.

Charged twice & no correspondence

Charged twice & no correspondence from them after emailing to request a refund. Having to go through my bank to try and hopefully get my money back.
On my day of return, i called to collect my van, and the chap on the phone told me he didn’t have any booking under my name or registration plate, we were back & forth on the phone for about 10 minutes and i was obviously quite panicked at this point. Then suddenly he found it, but no apology for the confusion. I wouldn’t use again.

Not Trustworthy they come up with lots of extra charges after you paid

I paid for a weeks parking and provided my drop off and collection times as well our outbound and return flight numbers. On our return, I was charged an additional 20 pounds because your records allegedly showed my collection time as 10.30 am rather than pm. I do not believe this charge was fair due to the following reasons: My booking confirmation simply states arrival date and time it does not specify whether it is AM or PM. You required my return flight number when I made the booking. If there was any uncertainty about my collection time I would expect you use the flight information you requested to verify my arrival time. I received no telephone call, text or voicemail from your company to confirm we were late. My booking confirmation contains no reference to a late 20 pound collection charge, or any explanation on when such a charge would apply. I think it would be better to also add the extra charges of 8.50 airport barrier charges to the original booking, and you took the same charge from every seperate group traveling in the same van, which would equate to a lot more than you are spending to get in and out of the airport for the drop off, I will never use this company again, I just do not Trust them.

As we arrived

As we arrived, we were greeted by nothing more than a portacabin and a dirt track. There was nobody at reception, and a large number of people were waiting for the transfer bus. We were only informed after booking that the transfer bus came at an additional cost, which was very disappointing. On top of that, the bus only runs every 30 minutes.
Shortly after we arrived, three members of staff appeared, but unfortunately they were not particularly welcoming or reassuring. Overall, I didn't feel comfortable with the setup and certainly didn't feel confident leaving my car there, so I decided not to use the service.
