Do not use this company!! 1 star is being nice to them..,,but had to give it to write this review …was left last night for over 5 hours waiting for our car to be returned along with another 15 families also waiting for their cars..stinking attitude from the staff face to face and over the phone..was told to f***off over the phone when we finally got through to them,,hung up on us a few times too…was told multiple times my car was on way and would be there in minutes.. then told my car was already in car park when it wasn’t..also when I gave them my reg number they had the make and model wrong so clearly were lying and didn’t have a clue where my car was.even fronting up to me in an aggressive manor..some cars left on bottom floor of multi story car park with keys under wheels,,.absolute joke of a company..do not use this company as they are con artists,do not use this company!!

We called 30 mins before to let them know we was on our way and someone was there waiting and took our car after telling us we needed to pay £8 for them to take the car out of the car park. We was not made aware of this when booking.
A week later we land at 23:00pm tried to call them as soon as we land but just kept going to voicemail… eventually got to the car park to find another 4-5 families waiting for their car!… I eventually got through they asked for my reg and said they would chase up my car. 4 hours passed and we got our car at 3am got home at 4:30 in the morning! (With 2 children)
There was only one number to contact no management and just 2 men bringing our cars up that was getting all the abuse… no communication from anyone but the men who just about knew themselves.
Definitely wouldn’t recommend!

Speaking to my parent with no respect what’s so ever, left them for an hour and a half waiting for their car keys. The manager actually told my mum do you know who I am?
When realising that the car was actually left in the car park bay which my parents left it, the manager told my mum how about you get the keys and pay the fee yourself £342 to be exact. Honestly cannot express enough with polite words how awful this company treat people and cannot believe Gatwick are allowing the to operate at the airport!!
Iv emailed them directly because, not to my surprise, you cannot leave a review on their own site, even though they have a get in touch form to fill out - it doesn’t allow you! They must know they are scums themselves.

My car was returned in a filthy condition, as if it had been parked in a farmyard. Mud everywhere inside and out - and it hadn’t rained that much while we were away!
And then: the car had clearly been given a “going over”, with things moved and, worst of all, my coin-holder with maybe £2 and some parking tokens taken.
I tried to contact their “Complaints” tel no - no answer!
I emailed and got a “so sorry, but we disclaim any and all responsibility” reply. In other words, you pays your money and you takes your chance with this lot!
I reported the theft to the Gatwick police, who didn’t sound surprised at the iPark name - ha!
I am also, like others have said, going to report them to the Gatwick management, asking how they can allow such outfits to operate, and if they are licensed…
Never again! Avoid iPark like the plague! Yukk!!!

On return we rang 30mins before like they ask they could only find 2 of the 3 bookings then when he finally found the 3rd said it would be an hour wait for the cars, on return one car had clearly been rummaged through and drivers seat led back only with settings on dash changed, one came back absolutely filthy and the 3rd came back with no fuel and £770 parking charge when we tried to leave the Gatwick helped desk resolved this for us but when we called the company to discuss they were rude and kept hanging up

Absolutely disgraceful service from IPark Limited.
I booked and paid for a “premium” Meet & Greet parking service at Gatwick South Terminal and it turned into one of the most stressful experiences imaginable before a flight.
I called around 45 minutes before arrival, as instructed, to let them know I would arrive at 5:15pm. We arrived on time and waited until 6:30pm — nobody came to collect the car.
Our flight was at 7:20pm and we were left stranded, stressed, and panicking at the airport while repeatedly chasing them on the phone. The customer service was absolutely appalling. Staff were rude, hung up on me multiple times, told me to “get off the phone,” and even said: “If you miss the flight, you miss it” and that they would “come whenever they want.”
Completely unacceptable behaviour from any company, especially one claiming to provide a premium airport service.
In the end, we had no choice but to urgently book alternative parking with Maple Parking at our own expense, costing an extra £102.50 plus another £18 in airport parking charges.
This company caused unnecessary stress right before our holiday and failed to provide the service we paid for. I will be demanding a full refund and reimbursement of all additional costs.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Chaotic/Disorganised Parking Experience
Dropping off our car at gatwick was chaotic -it wasn’t pointed out that we had to pay £8 to drop off & pick up at the short stay total £16.00. The attendant that met us didn’t have a uniform & spoke poor English. There wasn’t a check in desk either, which left us feeling uneasy. Upon our return, I was told there would be a 45min wait. In fact it was nearly 2 hours before our car was return. Instead of 25-35 mins! I just received a phone call saying the key had been left on the tyre! During our wait at least 6 other couples & families had been waiting 2 or more hours. Some had been told Ipark couldn’t find their car or keys !Avoid this company - please do a lot of research. Although when I originally booked I saw the company had 4.9 stars out of 5 stars? They are a very disorganised company.

Extremely negative review – completely unreliable service
I’m not writing this review just to complain, but out of a sense of responsibility: I want to prevent others from ending up in the same awful situation.
I was initially attracted by the competitive price and a seemingly professional website, but the experience turned out to be a complete disaster.
Upon arriving at the airport, I had to call the company multiple times to inform them I was there, with no answer. After an hour and a half of waiting, a person finally showed up with no identification badge, unable to speak the language, and with no proof whatsoever of actually working for the company. He then demanded additional cash to exit the Short Stay area, which by that point had already cost me an extra £18.
At that moment, I genuinely thought I might be dealing with a scammer.
When I contacted the company again, I was treated very rudely and told that a “qualified driver” could arrive even later, with no apology at all for the inconvenience or the situation they caused. I had no choice other then wait and almost missed my flight because of this.
On my return, I still had to pay again for airport access fees.
In summary:
Customer service basically non-existent
Staff unidentifiable and unprofessional
Hidden costs (you will pay for airport entry twice)
Excessive and unacceptable waiting times
Stressful and unsafe experience
The final cost ended up being much higher than many other options

My car was meant to be collected at 4:30 am from Gatwick North, but the driver arrived late, which resulted in me having to pay £16 in parking charges. I had followed instructions and called 30 minutes before arrival, with call logs to support this.
On return, I contacted the same number as advised, only to be told there was no record of my booking or payment, despite reading out the confirmation details. I was then told my car would not be released unless I made an additional payment. I was effectively forced to transfer £45 to a personal bank account before my car was returned.
Once I got the vehicle back, I found that items were missing, including coins kept for parking.
The conduct of staff was unacceptable. Communication was poor, and the interaction was rude and unprofessional.
This experience raises serious concerns about reliability and trust. I will be reporting this matter and strongly advise others to avoid.

We were amongst numerous people waiting over an hour past the agreed meet time, with no one to collect the cars. They lie over the phone saying "someone is on the way".
On our return, another 45min to 1 hour delay at 2am in the morning.
Rudest dispatch person on the phone I have ever experienced. They do not care about your car or you experience.
Writing to Gatwick to ask them to have their licence removed. Sadly only seeing now over 170 reviews and every one is the lowest score possible.
Oh, and don't forget the £16 in short stay parking fees they make you pay on top of the original Mert and Greet fee.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The worst experience ever, the most unprofessional organisation run by a bunch of clueless fools. They made me wait ages to pick up my car and kept passing me from idiot to idiot. My car was scratched when I picked it up. They also stole my iPhone charging cable which is funny cos they leave a disclaimer telling you they aren’t liable for it which they’re basically saying we’re gonna steal it if you leave it in there. Sent so many emails to complain and no one got back to me. Bunch of clowns, never use them. They should get shut down.
