To keep everyone informed throughout the application process, we send updates to both the student borrower and the cosigner. We do have dedicated agents that are available by phone, text, chat, and email Monday through Friday, 9am-9pm EST. If you believe you may have missed a communication, we encourage you to call us at 844.422.7502 to confirm that your contact information is correct. You can also create an account on the Mobile App to track your disbursements and manage your loan once in repayment.

Borrower has no control or visibility

Even though we were the borrower we had NO visibility or control. College Ave allowed us to borrow for summer/fall in one loan but when it came time for fall loan payment school would not process it because they don't allow loans to carry over-put us in a bad position. we didnt find out till too late.

Our application process allows customers to personalize their student loans to best fit their needs. To keep everyone informed throughout the process, we send updates to both the student borrower and cosigner. Although we do offer multi-semester loan products, schools may have their own guidelines for accepting those kind of private student loans. We encourage you to contact the school’s financial aid office to discuss their guidelines for any future private student loans.

Quick and Easy. The process was easy to understand, and quick to confirm acceptance. Money transferred to college as indicated. Easy app to set up payments once funds were dispersed. Excellent choice for students and co- signers.
