Be helpful and not greedy

The application process is helpful and appreciate the collaboration with the student's school. For having a credit score in 780's, your interest rates are offensive for college aged students to pay back. Your Shareholders should be more about aiding student's long term success rather than greedy profit taking at the expense of student.

PREDATORY RATES EVEN WITH HIGH CREDIT SCORE

I am a co-signor with a credit score of 822 and still couldn't get an interest rate under 17%. When I questioned this, I was given their stock reply " We strive to keep our rates competitive, but several factors determine the interest rate including both the applicant’s and cosigner’s credit in addition to the loan repayment option selected, and we provide all the details about the interest rate for the customer to accept prior to making the loan." They offered no reconsideration. They have no problem burying students in debt with their predatory rates. They are a scam and ripoff!!!

Quick and easy

The rates offered were better then anywhere else plus you have a ton of options for repayment and depending on what you choose you also can get a better rate. The whole process was quick and easy and they kept us updated the entire time

The process was quick and easy! I did find it difficult to check on the status of the application while we were waiting for the school’s decision. The app was difficult to access/navigate.
