The original requested loan amount was $15,000 and which is reviewed by the school during the certification process to ensure the student is borrowing the correct loan amount to satisfy their financial needs. If the final loan amount is more than expected, we recommend speaking with the student or calling the financial aid office to discuss your loan.

Not bad...
The process was easy. However, there was not a lot of information available and as a Parent, it kept sending me to student loans so some of the labeling and systems can be cleaned up on the site. Otherwise, a good experience (loan is still pending to the school, so can't speak to whether it actually works yet, but it is approved, school knows it is coming... )

Extremely easy to apply and instant decision
After panicking to get my daughter a student loan, College Avenue made this process so easy and did not even need to speak with anyone, instant decision and follow up correspondence via email made the panic go away.

Quick but terribly high rates for good credit custo
While I appreciated the quick process(because we have student loans for 3 of our 4 children with you), I’m absolutely disgusted with the horribly high rates that you’ve given us for the last few loans. My poor son will have to pay triple his original loan-which is completely self-serving for College Ave to charge such abominable rates on these students! Our credit is very good with our ONLY debt being for student loans.

Didn’t meet my deadline
Disbursement being off by one day on this company’s end delayed funds being available by a week for me. The timing was crucial and I missed a deadline
