We applied for the loan Feb.26,2026 and received email confirmation. On March 5th, we were notified the college would receive funds March 11th. Today is March 24th, and we still have not received loan

ridiculous interest rate rates

I don’t know why the government is allowing a private lending company for college loans to charge so much for interest. Maybe stop trying to pay off college loans and get these companies to keep their interest rates at a level that is acceptable for people to go to college . A $15,000 loan will be $75,000 after being paid off because of the 20% interest rate they charged.
At no point should the government allow the interest rate rates to be above 10% or more than 200% of the amount borrowed. Ridiculous how they’re abusing college students for needing to borrow money to get their degrees.

Good rate

Good rate, however, did not know the rate until after the university sent it back. Other providers let me know the rate right away.

The loan approval process was relatively smooth and user friendly. Interest rates on the loans are abysmal.

We strive to keep our rates competitive, but several factors determine the interest rate including both the applicant’s and cosigner’s credit in addition to the loan repayment option selected, and we provide all the details about the interest rate for the customer to accept prior to making the loan.
