You tried the rest now try the best if you’re anywhere near Saffron Walden in Essex guarantee Donna and Kevin they are the ultimate team and give next level Service and also the guy who helped me load my vehicle is also very helpful. allow 72 hours for the 10% discount to apply
I signed up as a new customer and your staff were extremely helpful including trying to find the answer themselves, because i was unable to get the 10% discount, but it was only when i rang head office that i learnt 72 hours has to be allowed before being able to apply the discount

Arrived broken,looking at the reviews,you have not learned with the amount of people who complain about broken ones on delivery,They need packing properly,not just a thin piece of bubble wrap.Also left to sort out collection myself,had to chase for confirmations of my emails etc....not impressed, won't be using again.

Very very helpful I ordered them and they arrived later on in the week.
Nothing was to much trouble for them.

Great service
Great service, had ordered a TCO thermal switch for a shower unit but had gotten the model number slightly wrong, the guy at City Plumbing quickly refunded that one and gave me the correct version, installed and shower is all working well now, thanks.

Amazing service and quality
Our plumber recommended using City Plumbing. Tina came out to our house and worked with us on the design, she was patient, responsive and really helpful throughout the process. She was always happy to make amendments and suggestions. Nothing was too much trouble.
The process of ordering and delivery was very smooth and quick, we were really happy with the quality of the products we had chosen and the price we paid. We love our new bathroom.
