First time I ordered through this…

First time I ordered through this company.
I must say I am very pleased with my order and delivery quicker that I thought. Kept updated throught the delivery with emails and texts. Cigars came with Boveda packs and no issues. Needless to say one happy customer.

I had to throw away 2/3's of my cigars…

I had to throw away 2/3's of my cigars due to poor construction--e.g., the cigars were wrapped much too tight came apart easily.

In response to your complaint, all our boxes are stored in climate-controlled warehouses and are shipped in a humidity vault to preserve the quality of your cigars.

According to what you indicate, it could be an inconvenience with dryness in the cigars. In these cases, we recommend that customers keep the cigars in a humidor for two weeks, with a humidity of 60%.

If after this, the inconvenience continues, we can enter a request for possible compensation.

UK Boarder Force-Customs Charges

I have not had a great experience puchasing Cigar products from this company. Product is geniune and delivery is within 45days advised.
However, UK Border Forces have held every order i have placed until i paid the extortionate Customs Charges. If you buy a carton of say 25 Cigars and it get stopped by Border Force Officails, expect to pay an additional +/- £150 for Duty/VAT and Handeling charges before they release it for actual delivery.

Regarding order number CS55631

Regarding order number CS55631 , unfortunately the cigar box you sold me is fake , I searched for its authenticity on Habanos S.A and the result was Partagas Serie D NO 4 , and the box is H. Upmann Petit Coronas , I’m really very disappointed as I have made many orders from your website and I’m not buying again .

I've been waiting over two months for a…

I've been waiting over two months for a shipment that has been shipped three times but keeps getting confiscated. I've asked is it my name and address that causes this and I'm told no.

Very responsive and professional

Very responsive and professional . Even customs detained goods , they immediatelly sent another one from different warehouse . I am an old customer , I know everything works well with them , but again I was surprised how quickly they resolved the problem .

Very bad communication

Very bad communication. They didn’t advise me about customs and custom taxes. 700 euros of cigars still stuck I. Customs after 2 months. Had to hire a customs agent that required more money and still I can get my cigars. If you are not in Spain I would avoid them
