Great company goods as sold have had loads off them over the years and very fast delivery, Will be buying off them again. Last purchase was in September 2017. I live in the UK.

Ordered Ule Phone Power 2. Delivery time of product was to be 3–5 business days. I received my item in five business days. Wonderful product! Works like a charm.

We hebben meer dan 6 jaar zaken met Chinavasion gedaan. Onze ervaringen:
- De Helpdesk is vriendelijk en communiceert vlot, echter:
- De kwaliteit van de goederen varieert van heel goed tot slecht.
- We hebben diverse keren Android tablets met onverwijderbare Malware gekregen. Gevolg: totaal onbruikbaar.
- Idem ook een smart watch met nare Malware
- Sommige spullen staan al jaren in de shop en zijn feitelijk verouderd.
- Een minder positieve review uitbrengen is totaal zinloos. Zodra je geen 5 sterren rating geeft wordt de review niet geplaatst (vijf keer geprobeerd).
- Reviews zijn dus Nep en zwaar gecensureerd door de moderator.
- Anderen waarschuwen voor slechte producten is totaal onmogelijk.
- Als je iets bestelt maar de bestelprocedure niet direct afrond wordt je per e-mail alsmaar opgejut om toch de bestelling te plaatsen
- Als een product niet goed of defect is speelt Chinavasion allerlei spelletjes om de boel te dreineren: ze vragen of je een video maakt om het probleem te illustreren, uitgebreide foutmeldingen lezen ze niet en ze verwijzen je steevast naar lokale electronica bedrijven met de opdracht om die eerst in te schakelen om je probleem te verhelpen (Wij zijn notabene zelf een electronicafirma!!).
- Terugsturen voor vervanging defect is een drama. Ook de retourporto is voor jouw rekening (harstikke duur met DHL, Fedex etc.). Ze rekenen erop dat je afziet van retourneren (net als vele andere Chinese firmas doen).

This is the first time I have receibed my product very fast. Before I didn't buy to Chinavasion because I need to wait Long time for my de delivery. Congratulations because in my last product I found an fast delivery option

Received my phone quickly, I am very pleased with the phone as I work in construction and needed a tough phone. Only remark I have is when it arrived I had to pay duty tax of €46 when it was delivered.

Chinavasion has always provided exceptional customer care service. They responded to every question I had promptly no matter how many and how often, and were very pleasant every time. Their shipping process has always been on time so as usual I did not have to wait long for my phone. I have been ordering since 2013 from chinavasion and never had any bad experiences to date. Communications are always good with ChinaVasion but more importantly it is when things don't go quite as planned that the excellent customer service really kicks in. On the rare occasion that things have not gone to plan while purchasing gear from ChinaVasion they have done everything possible to rectify the issue.
