Very bad service, i buy many products over the years no problem, then i pay for express shipping only to receive faulty phone, support try to blame sim card when phone comes up with internal error, they expect me to pay to send back so they can try fix when i already have to buy new one, they refuse to get manager to contact for refund hence have contacted Australian Compitition and Consumer Commision.

Feel positive with Chinavasion and well contact with the customer. Products are very creative !

THey will ask your credit card image be careful

I am been using Chinavision over 6 month where I am having very very bad experience

1) regullarly they will ask your identity like:

Creditcard images by covering the number of and other identity why they required when people are using paypal account directly.

2) Placing the order is too bad it is not up to mark

3) if you play around the website and add to cart the item and not paid then they will consider you as fraud and ask to do fraud test

so for example in a month if u do this 6 times they will ask 6 times to complete the fraud test .

4) no proper support and no live chat

5) shipping is tooooooooooooo expensive and it will take ages

I paid 39$ for express shipping 3-5 days item as arrived after 12 days what it means I don't know.

so be carefull they many to explain.

This is a serious warning to all potential customers. This company has cheated me. I wanted to send an item back (the cost of the item 250 USD), but in one email they refused to accept the item (it was unpacked, not collected from DHL). And in another email they claimed that the total cost of sending the item back will be as high as the whole item!!! In other words, they claimed that sending the item back from Europe to China is 250 USD! Sending the item to me was approx. 17 USD. I was forced to keep the item. The company does not respect basic rule of sales: that the customer has the right to send the item back to them. In the end, I have an item for 250 USD which I cannot use and cannot return to them. They are dishonest in my opinion.

I had an easy time finding and buying my phone. The companies communications were perfect. Because there was a festival when I ordered that should have delayed my package, they upgraded the postage and I recieved the phone in 26hrs from HK at no extra cost. Excellent customer service.

I am giving Chinavasion one star, only because I cannot give a minus score. Do not buy anything from these fraudsters, they send you stuff that doesn't work and ask you to send it back at YOUR OWN EXPENSE, and if it's still not working, they expect YOU to pay, either to have it sent back, (?), or pay them to fix the piece of rubbish they sent you in the first place. Avoid at all costs.

The item I had purchased had the wrong description. They did not offer me a refund for this. Extremely dissatisfied and will never purchase anything here again!

Got mini android LED projector couple of days ago, 100% satisfied, brightness is better than expected. Delivered to Slovenia in 6 days (customs procedure included). Customs cleared easily.

False promises by supplier Mr. "Alex" Peng. Shipping date was delayed 3 times already and still no package received.

My advice: stay away from this or any chinese webshop for that matter. I was sceptic when ordering here and my feelings were right. They really don't care much since they already have your money. Just make sure you're covered by your payment service in case things go wrong
