Sofa repaired under John Lewis…

Sofa repaired under John Lewis guarantee, process with Castlelan was efficient and professional.
John repaired our sofa and it’s better than new.
He was courteous and professional .
Excellent job and would highly recommended.

I purchased a dining table and 6 chairs…

I purchased a dining table and 6 chairs set from furniture and choice and took out the insurance which is provided by Castelan Group and every time I called the to claim they come up with excuses not to, the first time , I was told I reported it to late 14 days after the damage and the second time the wrote a letter to say they believe the damage was accidental. Please don’t buy this insurance

Good sevice

Your representative Lee who came to the house was polite courteous and very helpful in a friendly manner. He was considerate of the home by removing his shoes before going upstairs.

Issue resolved - good service

Appointment made in advance and confirmed time window the day before. Turned up early 😀, fixed the issue & eventually resolved the problem.
Darren was friendly & helpful and I am pleased with the outcome. Thank you.

I was advised by Next who organised the…

I was advised by Next who organised the technician visit that he would have sufficient time to complete assembly of the bed. When he arrived (after 5pm) he told us he was only given 30 minutes for the repair so wouldn’t have time for the assembly. This could have been sorted earlier in the day by allocating the job sufficient time as it was made clear by the retailer that assembly was needed.
