Very impressed - Andy Baker was amazing!
We just got our brand-new sofa from Furniture Village checked by Andy (Baker), and he was absolutely brilliant and knowledgeable (in fact, I asked for his full name because I was amazed by the customer service).
He spotted the issue in a few seconds and fixed it quickly.
He was also very caring about the property and worked very neatly.
Very impressed!

I purchased a dining table and 6 chairs…
I purchased a dining table and 6 chairs set from furniture and choice and took out the insurance which is provided by Castelan Group and every time I called the to claim they come up with excuses not to, the first time , I was told I reported it to late 14 days after the damage and the second time the wrote a letter to say they believe the damage was accidental. Please don’t buy this insurance

Your representative Lee who came to the house was polite courteous and very helpful in a friendly manner. He was considerate of the home by removing his shoes before going upstairs.
