Repair man arrived on time and was lovely.
Didn’t take him long as the fault was simply rectified by an invisible reset button on the sofa screen.

Zip repair and flock
The gentleman was very helpful and repaired our chair on his visit.
He explained that he could only do want I reported on the claim and was not allocated any other part of the cushion that needed a little more flocking in the seats. The zip was repair and that piece of chair reflocked.
So far pleased with the results.

Andrew was bang on time for the appointment and explained everything perfectly; after he fluffed the cushion back up I swear on god it was like a whole new seat I couldn’t believe it

Castelan is a delightful company to deal with. Whenever I have needed help, I can speak to a person rather than a machine! Staff are very understanding and helpful. Each of the 2 guys who have visited have been a pleasure to have in the home.

Wonderful Nigel
Nigel was brilliant - communicative, punctual (early even), positive can-do attitude (the furniture company who organised for him to come and fix a problem they caused failed to tell him it was a sofa bed and may need 2 people; he navigated it in a courteous but safe way, sensing that I would have been upset at further delay because of the furniture company!). He was just brilliant at his craft; thank you.

Arrived on time and polite and respectful to our home. Dismantled the chair and checked all electrical wiring. Fault explained and rectified and chair reassembled with care and fully checked before departure. Thank you
