It was easy to place the insurance claim online. They were very quick in their reply to book an appointment for one of their furniture technicians to visit. The technician himself was very prompt, polite and very efficient. The stain was removed in no time at all.

Overall very good fitter was friendly and knowledgeable and he appears to have cured manufacturing fault by 90%
Prefer calling time not 8 am onwards but 9 am onwards. Hopefully fault will decrease over time

The Engineer was excellent with my elderly parents, great customer service.

Firstly I must apologise for not asking for the gentleman's name.
He was very helpful in explaining what the defects were and how to rectify them.
He made sure that at all times he respected our property and left the room as he found it.

I took out a warranty with a good company and a terrible company bought them out, really glad I did that! Only thing they seem to be good for is spot cleaning and even then it was poor. I wouldn’t waste your money or time on them.

Technician on time explained the damage to the sofa was a manufacturing fault the leather had not been sealed . He repaired the damaged area with lacquer and all looks good. The whole process took less than than 30 minutes. Thanks again.
