Your employee Neil was fantastic the way he assembled my six chairs, he was efficient, friendly and respectful and no problem there. The one disappointment was that Castilan could not be contacted on the number given in your text( ending with 505) and the time of arrival was far too early at 7.30am - I’m elderly and disabled and a later appointment could have been negotiated but due to lack of communication no choice was given. Otherwise a great job done

Reporting the issue on the online portal was very easy, the booking was done straight awa, selecting which date works best.
Post reporting the issue and booking the slot, daily SMS updates on reminders followed by a call from the engineer the evening before the visit. Engineer was friendly, knowledgeable and got the issues resolved. Great service.

my Motorola g85 had an accident resulting in the screen needing replacing, So I contacted the insurance company and told them exactly the problem and I was VERY VERY specific about the rest of the phone was absolutely fine. So the courier picked up my phone and i received it back around 10 days later only to my horror after turning on the phone that the loudspeakers had an awful distortion to it resulting in the phone having to be turned down, not only that but its interferes with the replacement screen. not only is this an appalling so called repair job but they tried covering their selves by replying to me with an email stating about certain aspects of the phone not been done right ( if at all) now they only sent that reply sa i had already emailed them saying how disgraced i was by their so called technicians/engineers etc, clearly they are using incompetent people who have no clue about doing a proper job, you know that thing you get paid to do :/ . I have since blocked their phone number as well as their email as I'm totally fed up with their pathetic excuses and attempts to palm me off with even more jackanory stories. If you're looking for any kind of decent insurers backed up with quality technicians/engineers etc then Castlelan group is the company to avoid

Did a good job steaming cushions but when dry mark still.there so not Resolved as he said
