Very pleased with the general buying experience that I fortunately had at car firm. The team were amazing, I was not forced or persuaded to buy anything.

Initially I came down to view a 2 year old Ford Fiesta, I ended up buying a 4 year old Audi A3. I’m glad I was given the opportunity to test drive 3 cars as I definitely made the right decision.

The showroom have so many cars and a huge variety of makes and models to choose from. I will definitely only be using car firm for my purchasing going forward.

They deserve this five star, well earned.

Poor customer service, only care until you have put your money in their bank. Please be careful if you are considering buying from this garage, rethink and go elsewhere. Really disappointing

Bought a car online (first time) watched the full walk round video and test drive, had several questions that were answered well, any other info I wanted was presented in good time, delivery was well communicated and even dropped to match the website price as they had forgot to increase it due to fuel prices. Nice transparent sale.. good experience, many thanks

Bought a car for a sizeable amount of money. Major faults discovered with the car within the first day. Chased Car Firm by email and phone, eventually no replies/solution forthcoming from them. Legal route initiated and on going.

There are other 1 star reviews of same issues from other customers who have had to go down the legal action route with this company. Read all 1 star reviews on as many different review sites as you can before even contemplating buying from Car Firm.

Buyer beware.

Good service from This company. They were very good and worked really fast. The car I picked was excellent couldn’t fault it one bit and I had it delivered home free of charge

Bought a 2019 fiesta here for my company, the car was as advertised and had full main dealer service history with all health checks etc. Good customer service and professionalism

Bought a BMW m4 about 2 weeks ago, car was great and exactly what I was after. It was priced good, warranty was much cheaper than I expected too

Paid a “refundable deposit”, viewed car on 27 March, not as described so decided not to buy. Still waiting for refund of deposit, numerous attempts at contact to no avail. When I suggested this was tantamount to theft and I was considering contacting the police, the guy said “ ok, do it” so on we go…..

Had a great experience at car firm buying my new car last week. It’s lovely, and am so happy with it and the service.

Financed a car through a broker. They paid the funds directly to car firm and then car firm contacted us to arrange collection. Everything was done very well and car firm handled my request to get a rear tow bar fitted at my expense. The car is perfect as described to myself and my husband and the help provided by the staff was on point. Now enjoying our Range Rover and hoping to get our caravan out this weekend.

Started off an amazing experience with car firm. Swift responses and easy enough viewing etc. However it went downhill very quickly. 1- Before sale I requested whether the vehicle had any faults or upcoming services that may need to be carried out. I was told no the car was all emasculate and fine. On delivery snd starting the car the car had dangerously low levels of oil which then required me to get the oil changed. Secondly, once paying for the car and agreeing on a sale I was told the dealership would register the car in my name and confirm the sale online (like any normal dealership) however on the day before the delivery I was then told that they were unable to do that as the V5 was never given to them. (Buying a vehicle without a v5 is very risky and an honest dealership would tell you this before a sale). Therefore I was and am still unable to tax and register the car in my name let alone drive it and am still individually trying to register and tax the car on my own.

Good options to reserve a car on their website, walk around and virtual test drive videos helped massively to make a decision. Delivery was also reasonably priced

Bought my car back in may, I’ve had problem after problem with it, just to add to this I recently had to MOT the car and it’s cost me over £1500 as the exhaust was messed around with. When I bought the car I was advised to get warranty which I went through with and bought for around £450. When I tried to claim on this I got told i can’t as I haven’t serviced my car which I was never told about been taking the warranty out so i paid £450 for nothing and am having to pay even more to sort out all the problems just so I can drive a normal working car.

Saw a vehicle i was interested on the website, clicked on reserve the vehicle for 7 days paid the deposit. Highly recommend this option when arrived was happy with the vehicle and paid the remainder of balance upon viewing. Hassle free car dealership

Got a good finance rate, professional staff and good level of warranty cover

Excellent service provided by Sham, kept me updated while the vehicle came on to the forecourt. Happy with the service provided from start to finish. Also took Sham up on his offer for the extended warranty which i highly recommend. :)

Helpful staff and some very very nice cars, they have so many cars it was hard to choose the perfect one. I had the opportunity to test drive 3 cars and decided to go with one
