It's been a very pleasent, easy and quick transaction. Arranged everything with my finance company and they spoke to car firm on my behalf. Had everything sorted out in a day and I colldcted the car the next day. Excellent service

Had my new fiat 500 delivered and they collected my old one at the same time. The new car is in lovely condition and the salesman been helpful and polite

These guys were very good and quick with finance. Sorted everything out for me on the day, payments were within my budget and when I went to see the car it was immaculate and ready to drive away. Aftercare was also brilliant, the fact that they call up to make sure everything is ok and I'm happy with the car. I will definitely be going back next month to get my paint protection done

Purchased a car on the 30th october which was advertised with full service history. Traveled 3 hr to get there to pick the car up which after looking was not full service history, is was all so missing all the manuals and owners pack (the car was £30k) after bringing the car home i also realised the rear parcel self was missing from the boot. After trying to send emails and ringing up every other day, they where not interested in trying to sort this issue out and fobbing me off. The Car was nice but very poor aftercare once they have your money!

Very professional approach to used car sales. Fully pressure free and they take all your questions and get back to you with all the answers. I was given so much information about the cars history and maintenance I felt very confident when buying.

These guys are the most dishonest disreputable individuals I have ever encountered. Paid a deposit for a car. Made arrangements at my expense to go and collect and the day before collection they called to say the car was written off in an accident and the deal was off. Have refused to return my deposit or pay my out of pocket expenses in spite of them rescinding the contract. Actually vocalised that the reason they weren’t doing that was because their director was “angry” at me for asking for my expenses. Now trying to force me to buy the car which was involved in the accident weeks down the line. Do not trust this garage.

Reserved a car on their website. Received a phone call shortly after to discuss all the details and book an appointment to go see the car. On the day it was raining so they brought the car under the canopy and allowed me plenty of time to have a look at the car and take it for a test drive

Went for an appointment to have a look at a 2016 cls. Everything was good and I decided to go ahead and do the finance. Within 15 minutes I was told I was accepted. I paid my deposit to them and drove away within the hour and half

My son put a deposit down for a car, with an aim to pick it up the following weekend, was then told it had been recalled and no longer for sale (7year old car getting recalled by SEAT), I rang and said that's nonsense seat would not recall a 7-year-old car plus I have done a lookup and there is no outstanding recalls. The story then changed to it was recalled by the supplier due to bad finance against the car. Total BS

Basically, they got a better offer and broke a common law contract by disregarding the deposit and selling to someone else. Asking them for proof it was recalled they refused and asked for proof it had been sold. I explained it had a new MOT and new V5 issued, they say it was recalled prove it wasn't.

Basically don't trust these cowboys!

Called up to ask some questions about an s3 they had. Person on the phone was very helpful and when I asked if I can bring a mechanic down with me to check the car as I don’t know anything myself they were fine with it. On the day we were given the keys and had plenty of time to look at the car and test drive it. Very happy with the service I received from here and the car has been running very nicely

Receieved excellent service from car firm. They were very honest about the car and very helpful in arranging delivery for me. Once the car arrived, it was as described and delivery drivers were professional

Plenty of finance options. Most places I visited didn’t have packages or options so car firm made it much easier and cheaper for me to get finance

I paid a deposit for a car from Car Firm, requested a refund under distance selling regulations within two weeks of deposit being paid and they refused to pay. Took over 2 months to get my money back through my bank. Also mileage on the car I paid the deposit for was incorrectly displayed (1556 lower than it actually was) on video on their website and within text on autotrader. This was the case before I paid the deposit and after they relisted it following me pulling out of the deal. I only noticed increased mileage when I received invoice the day after I paid the deposit.One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.

There are many cars to choose from on their website. I liked the fact that they have walk around and test drive videos available for each car so you can actually find out so much without having to call and be on the phone
