Online purchase completed as we are 356 miles away. Saf the sales exec was great, he done a live viewing for us and explained all the features on the car. Delivery was completed in good time and as promised.

Enquired about a car for my daughter. Paid a £100 reservation deposit and went to see the car with my husband. Car was nice and clean and the staff were great. Nice easy and smooth transaction completed within a good timeframe. Deal done and taken home with no issues. Highly reccomend this garage to all.

Impressive dealership and one of the best dealer visit and experience ive had here. Me and my partner came accross Car Firm when we went to see a car at another nearish dealer but that vehicle turned out to be no good. We called Car Firm on a short notice and they accomodated for our visit. We arrived at the dealership and immediately felt relaxed by the well mannered staff, all dressed smart, clean ac’d offices with clean rest room facility also offered us hot or cold drink. The sales manager Adam was fantastic and assisted us throughout the viewing along with Saf a senior sales exec. The journey from the initial arrival to completing the purchase and driving our new used car away was just fantastic.

Do not buy from this company, my husband bought a car 2 weeks ago, drove it of the forecourt at 11am returned it 12.30 requested refund and refused. The sales manager was a rude bully. There was a serious issue with the gearbox, that’s was only noticed when getting up to 70 miles an hour. He was purposely taken on a test drive round windy country roads.
We hand delivered a letter requesting a refund the next day. We also sent a letter recorded delivery which was signed for requesting a response in 14 days, called today and was told had email official request. £5000 is a lot of money to us, my husband is left with no car, no money and as he is a contractor does not earn unless he goes to work.This company is been reported to the trading standards and BBC Watchdog. 😤😤😤

Andy sir was a great guy who served my and my wife for the purchase of our first vehicle since coming to the uk new and recent. He informed us what we need to do and how to get better insurance also. Very thankful to have come to Car Firm and very greatful for the help i recieved.

A fantastic buying experience. No poor ot defiant sales tactics. Very straight and direct sales approach. I was left to explore the vehicle i purchased being a mercedes e63. A very clean example and meticulously prepared before i arrived. I cannot be more thrilled!

Top service. Good team all very friendly and easy to talk to. Paid £100 to reserve a van last night out of hours. Salesman called me this morning and discussed everything and i went over to view the van in the afternoon. Topped up my deposit didnt ask for payment up front which was good and collection mid week once fresh mot done. Nice easy transaction

Brought a car from this garage today and had it delivered. Very efficient service. I am very pleased how within 48 hours of enquiring my new car is sat on my driveway. Personalised video showing the car and all its equipment was presented to me and i could not be happier. 5*+ service

Skoda for uber use brought from car firm. Car runs lovely and have had no issues. I have done now 3200 miles in a month in the car. The customer service i have had has been really good.

Very good service here with lots of lovely motors to select from. Staff did not apply any sales tactics or pressure the sale in anyway. I was met by the sales manager who spoke to me and explained further to Andy the sales man on the extended warranty cover which was a great option to take up.
