I ordered a wool mix sweater and earrings . Over 3 months went by before I received my fabulous sweater. It’s totally beautiful and even after the crazy long wait I am considering ordering again. Still waiting on the earrings though.
The customer response is awful and I thought the company was a scam after a while. PLEASE fix the customer service side of your online business guys. I can wait if I know my order is coming.
Where are my earrings!

I was just about to proceed to checkout with ~£100 worth of jumpers ready to order - and then a wise little thought popped into my head to check TRUST PILOT! Boy am I grateful that I did - thank youj so much for averting what would have been destined to months of torment and disappointment. The pictures looked fabulous and I almost fell for it! I've been bitten before by a similar company with all the same fake pics, rubbish value, long delivery, expensive returns that is never acknowledged and impossible contact. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before I made this order. Do not use this company . The product arrived late and the wrong size. They do not return emails and it is impossible to get a refund. You have been warned. They should not be allowed to advertise on Instagram. Scam.

Penoso, es la primera vez que me fío de una web sin mirar antes opiniones, NO LO HAGÁIS. Te mandan después de un mes unas prendas escandalosas de lo malas, peor que en el chino de la esquina, con tallas que no corresponden, de verdad, pésimo. Les devolví las dos de las tres prendas que pedí, y ya supongo que nunca veré ese dinero. La tercera por suerte no me llegó, y paypal me devolvió el importe, pero era la que menos costaba. Por supuesto, nunca me contestaron a un solo correo. Digo yo que paypal debería bloquear por su parte a webs de este tipo.

I ordered on November 10th and still have not received my order.January 1st.
No response to my emails and no response via PayPal either.

I placed an order after getting an instagram ad and the order never came. After several emails without a response, I followed their instructions on the Shop (shopify) app and contacted them via facebook, which directed me back to instagram (surprise!). The only response I got over a 4 week period was one message saying there was an "issue"...and yet, my credit card company paid them so I have no idea what that issue is. When I requested a refund, they just never replied. After a basic google search, I realized virtually all commentary about this company is people having similar issues. I filed a report with the FTC and a claim with my credit card company.

Nightmare company. What you see is not what you get. poor quality from China. Can't return. On the phone to the bank now to try and get my money back. Massive scam.

Ich habe in 2019 einige Pullover bei ihnen gekauft und war sehr zufrieden!
Daraufhin habe ich im September 2020 ein weiteres Mal bei ihnen bestellt und habe bis jetzt ( Dezember 2020) weder die Ware, noch eine Nachricht oder mein Geld erhalten!!!!

Ordered a sweater end of November, received it today. Wonderful surprise, because I ordered before I checked the reviews. Candelier is not the best on getting back to you after sending an email about delivery, but their products are great. Great fit, nice material. Ordered some other sweaters right away.

Ho comprato due costumi da bagno e degli orecchini.
I costumi sono arrrivati dopo un mese e mezzo, in un pacco lasciato nel portone che chiunque avrebbe potuto rubare. Gli orecchini, dopo 3 MESI li sto ancora aspettando. Ho scritto mail per riavere almeno i soldi, vedremo come andrà a finire.

La qualité du produit ne correspond pas du tout à ce qui était annoncé. Aucune indication sur la composition et l origine, aucun conseil d entretien. Très long délai de livraison. Aucune information dans le colis pour les retours.

Ordered some sweaters from the website, based on an IG feed.
Items arrived after two months.
Sizes completely wrong, quality awful and colours different from what I ordered.
I have sent numerous emails about returning them, also DMs via IG (note they don’t allow for comments on IG - I should have taken that as a warning). Haven’t had a reply to anything. Am going to contact the Fraud department at my credit card company to see if they can help at all. But I’m not holding out a lot of hope.
Just NEVER buy from this company. Wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered.
I’ve also contacted IG about this and said they should shut down the account.

I ordered a pullover and got one in a different quality and different cut. It looks completely different!!
So disappointed!! I didn`t check the reviews before and the website looks very professional and high quality. Bad China stuff!

Absolute scam!!! Stay away from it

I got an add in my instagram feed and didnt check the reviews before ordering. I ordered 2 sweters and a trouser. The trouser never came and the 2 sweaters were too small although I am a S and ordered M... quality is poor and wanted to return, but no answer from email merchant and no phone number either... total scam. They obviously don’t even put an order number or invoice... lost £98

DO NOT order from this company. I received the wrong order but there was no information in the package on how to return the goods. I’ve had no replies to my emails requesting this information or to requests for a refund.

SCAM. SCAM SCAM Paid, no goods arrived and no reply on Instagram or emails. Comes up as “ no recipient” in my sent emails. They have traded under numerous other names. Wish I had sought reviews before I bought.

This company needs help. the photos of the shooting of the clothes are very well made but when you get the clothes OMG....
the sizing is all off, for example. I ordered a bikini, a sweater and 2 shirts.
all were received with 3 different shipments.
the sizing is not correct at all. the sweater i ordered in LARGE was effectively a SMALL. the top of the bikini was ordered in a LARGE, but what I received was the top was
a) cut in a different model from the photo
b) out of sizing. top did not fit. cut too low in the front, while the picture shows the front top covering the breast. you could almost see my nipples...
The materials are just HORRIBLE. real plastic. for what they cost! I received the shirts that felt and are made with such a low quality polyester, and the sweater feels like plastic.
Gave away all away to OXFARM...
