Scam! Ordered more than 20 working days ago, didn't arrive, the tracking number doesn't work and they don't reply to email.

Bought items in Feb and have chases and chased retailer With no reply. Tracking number doesn’t work either. Do not buy from this place it’s a scam. I wish I had seen the reviews here before I made my purchase! Avoid!!!!!

Ich habe nach zwei Monaten weder alle Teile bekommen noch das Geld der Rücksendung von einem Mantel, der viel zu klein war.

Meine zwei E-Mails blieben unbeantwortet.

Please do not buy from them. I have spent 70€ with them, received the confirmation email but nothing more than that. No products so far (it has been 20 days so far) or even an order tracking number. I should have checked this before when I checked the delivery time (15 business days to deliver something from Spain to Portugal is too much).
I have reported their profile in instagram but nothing seems to be happening. Please do the same.

Compré un jersey que se suponía de lana y cachemir. Eso si, llego bastante rápido. No tenía etiqueta de composición. El color (blanco) no era el que indicaban en la página (blanco roto). Lo puse unas 4 horas y se quedó lleno de bolitas y pelusilla. Escribí para pedir devolución, mandaron contestación automática sin indicaciones para devolver. Fraudulenta total

I ordered a sweater after seeing an ad on Instagram. When it finally arrived it was nothing like the photos and I started the long process of returning for a refund. I returned it to an address in Madrid (at my expense - £8.50) and emailed them with proof of postage etc, but have heard nothing more apart from their infuriating standard emails which give no useful information. A complete rip off!

I can only echo some of the reviews - the product was okay if you are aware that "Cashmere jumper" means max 20%. However, I have since been trying to return the order and get my money back and am still waiting. I would not recommend buying from them - if you are not in Madrid yourself.

Do not buy from this company. I wish I looked up Trust Pilot before I ordered from an ad on Insta. Ordered in January 2021 - 4 weeks later and no product, no reply from email, phone.

I wish I had read Trust Pilot before I ordered from Candeliermadrid. I have been trying to contact them for details of exchange or refund address and only get automated response with no relevant details. Please buyer beware. I will keep trying.

No reply from company after emailing to find out where my order is. Expect 4 weeks for delivery. And my knit jumper arrived in a different colour to my request and NOT THE SAME AS PICTURE

JAJAJAJAJAJA No saben ustedes con quien se eatan metiendo, la denuncia ya esta puesta, tenemos la mejor abogada que se pueden imaginar, se acabaron las advertencias muchachos, van a tener que acogerse al capitulo 11 de codigo de bancarrota, porque van a acabar en bancarrota, ademas del el dinero que nos van a abonar, nos vamos a encargar personalmente de que no puedan estafar a nadie mas. He comprado un jersey en esta página. Parece ser una página fraudulenta. No contestan a los correos ni facilitan información veraz. Llevo 40 días esperando y voy a reclamar la operación y presentar denuncia.

Does anyone know what address to return item I’m not happy with? Other item I ordered not yet sent. They do not reply to emails only automated response. Have reported to FB as a scam.

Pésimo servicio postventa, he visto situaciones idénticas a las mías en otras valoraciones. Pedí un cambio de talla y lo solicité al mail que aparece en la web, mandan un correo de respuesta automático en el que no indican nada y ya no vuelven a dar más información.
Y además la prenda que he recibido viene sin etiquetar, no lleva la composición y la talla va pegada con una pegatina en la etiqueta exterior. Y no corresponde a las especificaciones de talla de su web.

I would give no stars if i could - DO NOT BUY from these people - the jumper i received was horrible, not like the picture at all - I sent it back - at some further expense, they have no proper returns policy or system - and three months on still have had no refund or even acknowledgement.

Lamentable.
Compre un sweter gris y me enviaron uno beige. He escrito ya tres veces y no hay respuesta. El primer mail genera una respuesta automática dónde te piden que escribas indicando en el asunto del mail el número de pedido. Han pasado dos semanas y no he tenido respuesta. Es vergonzoso. Pésimo servicio al cliente, son unos estafadores.

Por equivocación duplique el pedido, me llegaron 2 jerseys verdes y uno negro pero me cobraron los 4.
Les he reclamado 5 veces en 1 mes poder devolver ese pedido sin que solucionen el problema, porque ni contestan. No me devuelven el dinero del jersey que falta y no se puede demostrar que no ha llegado.
No volveré jamas a comprar en esa tienda y recomiendo a los demás que tampoco lo hagan

It took 3 weeks to arrived but I love my sweaters (soft and Confi) and my earrings!

I’m certainly pleased to make this review!
