Good quality clothes that’s fit to actual size

I ordered 2 identical pairs of trousers same size waist and length. One pair (grey) were the correct waist and length. The other pair (navy) are too long. Otherwise (Olney) good quality and value.

Trousers received and fit: yet to wear. Return of two pairs bought earlier and returned, was dealt with and compensated quickly.

Just purchased a shirt on line for £29.50 pursuant to which received an offer of "20% off" but only to find the same shirt I was wanting to buy again had now risen in price to £32.50! Tried their virtual assistant for an explanation but left on continuous hold with the words " A live adviser will join the chat shortly to assist you ..." Hadn't previously used Brook Taverner but won't be using them again.

I have long regarded Brook Taverner as one of the better mainstream menswear producer/supplier.
I have just purchased a new suit from BT online, and, sadly, the whole process turned out to be a long, drawn out and frustrating affair.
I first ordered a 'clearance' suit (with a big saving). Unfortunately, I never received this. Before it reached me, it was returned to BT by the carrier because it had been damaged beyond repair in transit. I suspect this was the fault the carrier and not BT (I had the same problem with the same carrier a few months back). BT were unable to supply me with another the suits, so I chose another style from their current range at a higher price, but still with a promotion/sale discount.
The trousers were sent from BT's warehouse, but the jacket had to be sent separately from a store. The trousers arrived first, but the 32 " waist (which I usually cannot wear without a belt) were incredibly snug and left no room for expansion. I had to purchase a 34" waist which I could wear without a belt. I am in the the process of returning the 32" pair. Then the jacket arrived. It was not the 38" short that I ordered, but a 44"short. Again, this had to be returned, and the correct size despatched.
The whole process was far too drawn out, but, thankfully, has been resolved.
I must say the BT ladies that dealt with my calls were top notch. They were extremely polite, helpful and reassuring.
My confidence in BT has been bruised but not destroyed. I have today purchased one of their corduroy jackets. I tried to purchase from BT direct, but they were out of stock in my size. Thankfully, a local store was able to help.

Your items are fine, as they have been. This is not a criticism of you. It is a serious one of your deliverer. EVRi in this area have been brazenly sloppy in most of its deliveries to me. Your two trousers were not delivered to me but to an unsuspecting, elderly lady, who took the trouble to bring them to me. I say this, because such neglect of respect for your customer has a deleterious effect on your high reputation. I appeal to you to raise this matter with the powers that be at EVRi to train their deliverers to the appropriate standard and to be seen to discipline the careless and, indeed, untruthful staff. I really request that you deal with this issue promptly with vigour!
