Waste of good money, site set up to look like USA owned uk based company, actually Chinese made goods of suspect quality in my opinion. Using enhanced advert photos to draw you in. Tried to to return, after 5 attempts got an address (I think, could have been anywhere) after checking the cost of sending it back. They Don’t follow UK Regulations for distance selling so not worth it. Which is the name of their con.

Very disappointed with quality . Fabrics not as described or as they appear on website. Items poorly made. I will not use this company again.

An absolutely dreadful company who send out cheap shiny tat that bears no resemblance to their advertising photos.
Won’t accept a return/refund without the customer paying a $50 return.
This bunch of crooks should not be allowed to trade. Only given 1 star as its not allowed to give a negative.

Don't buy from this Chinese company. If you don't like the product or if it doesn't fit, forget about a return, much less a free return. To get a refund, I would have had to pay £19.90 postage for a £19.95 refund! Just don't buy in the first place.

Do not use this company. I feel stupid for not reading other reviews first as i don't usually use retailers i've never heard of before so am really annoyed with myself.
Bought two pairs of cargo shorts that looked really nice on the fake pictures - when they arrived they were tiny, arrived in a shitty zipped bag and the material and product was so poor it beggars belief - also the size was so small it would have fitted a 10 year old. Customer service as per other reviews shocking, blatant scammers and lip service try to make out that it will cost 40 - 50 dollars to return. They take no responsibility for their obvious shady tactics - they should be shut down ASAP - i can't believe they are still able to get away with ths after all of the bad reviews. Any good reviews are obviously fake. I have asked for a 25% refund as they initially offered 15% and advised i could keep the items, this doesn't even make sense - utter clowns - AVOID AT ALL COSTS - as per one of the other reviews shame i can't give a zero or minus rating. Dreadful.

Wilson & Carter London….absolutely awful product being nothing like the image online or as described. The style is off, and the material, whilst described as light and breathable, is actually polyester which we all know would be more of a sweat bucket.
If only I checked the reviews first!
I wish I could add photos as evidence.

I ordered a cotton and linen mixed shirt and after many, many days I received a polyester piece of tat from China!
Very long delivery time, item stuffed into a tiny zip lock bag, dreadful material and badly made!
Many emails later (pretty sure their replies are AI), I have had to settle for a 40% refund! They state that for returns I would be looking at 40-50$, which is obviously rubbish!
They are a totally unethical company that obviously use sweat shops to produce utter crap!! SCAMMERS!!!!!!

Do not order from this company . The dress i ordered is nothing like its description it is poor quality and far too big . The return procedure seems non existent and costly . The company is not based in London as advertised but China . Do not order from Wilson Carter awful customer service

I ordered a pair of supportive wide toe sneakers, size 5.5.
On 30th June the item was delivered on 11th July.

I am very disappointed with the sneakers. They are not fit for purpose. They are clumsy looking, oversized and very cheap material that looks like it will disintegrate in a few months.
I emailed the company the same day requesting a full refund. The bottom line is they are offering me only 30% if the full value which is £11.95.
I am not happy about this and will be reporting this company to trading standards.

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELVES THE STRESS AND DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY.
Their return process is a fraud, you are required to pay for the return of the item nearly the same same if the item or more.

If I could give zero stars I would. The clothes look lovely but the dress arrived after a month and bore no resemblance to the picture, in style, colour or material which ways the cheapest rubbish. They refused to refund and said I must pay to return to China, or offered a small discount off another order, even though ordered from posh looking shop in London.
Do not go near them. It’s a scam.

I've ordered 2 dresses and not reading reviews before I ordered i think ive been scammed. I paid by credit card so hopefully i can stop payment. This company is based in America and not what I thought, the UK. They're website is very professional for wilson carter so got hooked in . Wish id if read the reviews

The worst online shopping experience I have ever had.

Wilson & Carter present themselves as a quality London clothing brand, but what arrived could not have been further from what was advertised. The fabrics are cheap, thin and synthetic. The garments bear little resemblance to the photographs on the website, the workmanship is poor, and everything feels mass-produced at the lowest possible cost. The company is based in China.

The returns process is where this company becomes truly unacceptable. Despite advertising straightforward returns, I was met with repeated attempts to avoid providing a refund. Only after persistent chasing was I told the returns must be sent overseas at my own expense of 50 dollars. making a refund uneconomical.

My Fraud department of my bank are looking this on my behalf and are aware of this set up being a scam.

If I could give zero I would! The ads look legit and the ‘London’ is misleading. The ad actually states ‘easy returns’ . None of it is true! Shipped from China .. product cheap and nasty material and Colours dowdy. Tried to use ‘easy returns’ basically just a con.. offered a 5% refund! And ‘keep the clothes!’ . Refused that… offered 10% .. then told to return the clothes I would have to pay fees in excess of the value! Con artists! A week later ( this week) I received confirmation of SOMEONE ELSE’S order… with name ,address ,cost and items all clear for me to see! I emailed them to alert them … no clear response! Surely a data protection issue?

Ordered Summer Blazer. After 2 weeks wait,
Arrived in small zip lock bag. A man’s blazer!!
Absolute crap and expensive. Contacted same day for refund, need address to send it. Not forthcoming. Offered 10% refund and 25% off next purchase of more crap. Keep the blazer to save hassle of sending back. I assume no refund, but I do have an expensive cloth to clean my car.

Oh my goodness, like all the other people who have reviewed Wilson & Carter on this website, I wish I had checked the reviews on Trustpilot before I ordered. I am giving them one star because, unlike the other people who have posted reviews, I liked the swimsuit I ordered and I have kept it. But I ordered it in two sizes, as is usual when ordering online in the UK, believing the company’s statement that returns were easy, only to find as everyone else has, that Wilson & Carter is not a UK company and you have to pay to return items. After an exchange of 13 emails I learnt that the item had to be returned to China, at a cost of US$30-50, the amount being calculated after you print and fill in a form they email to you, and then photograph and send the photo back to them. So their statement ‘easy returns’ is a lie, and confirms their statement that ‘for the vast majority of customers, a 40% cashback is the preferred option, as it avoids shipping expenses, uncertainty and long waiting periods, while providing an immediate and guaranteed solution’. The exchange of emails started with them offering me a 10% refund and a discount code against future purchases (ha!) and then went on to 20% and 30% until I threw in the towel at 40%. So I have ended up paying 60% more for the swimsuit than I had expected, which makes it very expensive. Do not buy from this company!

Terrible clothing and no returns - everything on the website is basically a lie from the material description to the colour to the 'hassle free returns' that do not exist. Spent over 75 quid on 3 pairs of shorts that arrived and were cheap polyester, wrong colour and just really horrible material, not the organic cotton bamboo breathable material I expected. Company have said it will cost 30 to 50 US dollars to return PER ITEM despite the package showing clearly that it was sent from London in one package (return address for London printed on label) and the website shows nothing about international returns. Complete fraudsters.

Order a pair of men’s waffle shorts, they took a little while to be delivered but once they arrived I was totally impressed with them, the description was spot on! extremely comfortable and amazingly cool in hot weather, I’m definitely going to order some more.

The goods are very cheap & low quality, not as advertised.
The company does not provide refunds, only want to refund a fraction of your funds and tell you to keep their cheap goods, as they say it cost too much to return goods. Althought the website states easy returns. I would advise not to use this site. They are a scan and need taking down.
I ordered on 19/6/28, received goods on 26/6/26 and since then been struggling to return goods and get refund. Now managed to only get 50% refund.

Fraudulent organisation - glad I paid with Amex who disputed transaction. Their website doesn’t exist. They didn’t answer the phone. I was very nearly defrauded
