Overall very good, however products well over a £100 should not have a carriage charge.

As usual the goods were ideal and as ordered, however as you use Evri as your courier the delivery was not good. The parcel was not delivered to my home address but instead left in the greenhouse which was NOT requested or acceptable. Especially as I wasn’t aware or informed about this until I received a message saying it had been delivered and checked on the customer tracking app. Evri are the worst courier service and often do not deliver to the right property. Please review your policy on your delivery services as this has definitely put me off ordering from you again.
