Unfortunately my first order from Broadway Candy went missing due to an issue with Evri. However, after contacting them and speaking to Avi, it was resolved quickly and a replacement product sent out immediately with no issues. The helpful service made all the difference and I will most definitely order again.

I have ordered from Broadway Candy multiple times and I am beyond impressed. I've never experienced any issues; I've never had a product arrive damaged, and the speed of shipping is excellent.

One thing I love about this company is their honesty; they will clearly state if a product has a close use by date. 

Unlike other American product websites, Broadway Candy's prices are fair to the customer, and the shipping fee is incredibly reasonable.

Highly recommend Broadway Candy, and I look forward to placing more orders from them in the future.

Great fast service

Bought some of my favourite snacks from here that i wasn’t able to find anywhere else in the UK at a decent price except from here! They arrived really quickly also!

Ordered 6 items, box was damaged and only 5 was in there, driver couldn’t mark as damaged if I took the five so was sent back. Couldn’t send a email as they were getting bounced back saying inbox was full so tried messenger but no reply, then used the contact form got a reply asking for information I’d already sent but again couldn’t reply as inbox was full, contact form again to confirm what I’d ordered(not sure why you couldn’t of checked the invoice)
Replacement parcel just turned up and I was sent 5 not the six I’d ordered.
This has proved a lot of hassle for such a small transaction.
If you had a way of actually calling you or live chat then hopefully this could have been avoided.
