No matter what I have ordered from Broadway candy as always been dispatched and received nearly always next day. The products are great and value for money this is why we use them in our gifts for children. As there perfect for what we need.

Be careful to order with this company. I am really disappointed with Broward candy and also with Amazon. I never received the product.
After several contacts with both companies trying to fix the problem, Broward candy insists on stating that I received the product, then Amazon contact me, asking me to make a police report. I went to the police, but since it wasn't an emergency, they scheduled it for two weeks later. And when I tried to use the Amazon link to file the police report, it was no longer available. I tried contacting Amazon customer service, and they told me they would try to validate the link again, but it wasn't certain and that's how it stayed. I'm still waiting, without a response from Amazon. Simply ignored and with a loss of over €130.00, not counting the import tax, which was also paid to the Belgian postal service. I've been an Amazon Prime customer since 2018 and have spent a lot of money on Amazon, but with all this, I've completely lost confidence in this company.
From now on, I'm going to rethink how I shop.
About Broward Candy, it wasn't the first time they've caused me problems (I only bought again because I need the product and sometimes I can only find it at this company), in my mind I know they are completely disorganized or scammers.

Good choice selection normally good deals and very fast delivery

Snacks are great, customer service is not so great.

Ordered x3 tins of Guavas. 2 were moderately damaged. Not sure due to delivery as well packed. Otherwise difficult to buy and at a reasonable price from this retailer. I hope they weren't sent out damaged.

On date 26/06/2026 , I purchased
Huel Ready to Drink Complete Meal Cinnamon Swirl 500ml Bottles

from their website. Huel Products Arrived on the 29/06/2026 by Royal Mail
After consuming the product, I began to feel unwell just minutes later.
I read the bottle and its appears that all 24 Huel bottles Expired in 17/06/2026
This raises serious concerns about the safety and quality of the products they sell.

According to consumer protection laws, it is illegal for businesses to sell expired food or health products, as this can pose significant health risks to consumers. Such practices not only violate consumer rights but also undermine public health and safety.

I am worried that other customers might unknowingly experience similar issues, and I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly. It is essential that appropriate action is taken to protect consumers and ensure compliance with relevant laws.

I contacted broadwaycandy and refused to return and refund, further moreover they have send me email with on screenshot from they computer that it can be use for a month after the expiration date. Unfortunately they lied

I ordered from Broadway Candy in spite of the poor Trustpilot reviews because it was the only place I could find a product. As it turned out, my order was shipped in a timely fashion but the package was damaged in transit. Broadway Candy responded to my website generated message promptly, and has given me an appropriate partial refund. I have since re-ordered. I’ve taken off one star because it could’ve been packaged a little better to prevent the loss.

I was very pleased to discover this company as they sell products I find hard to obtain elsewhere and that are reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the "Create Account" option on the site does not work properly. As I was filling in my details and had not yet created a password, a pop up appeared asking me to verify myself and options to do this, I chose email and followed the instructions etc. This took me directly to the site and closing the "Create Account" page; therefore I have no password by which to gain access again once logged out.
I went to My Account on the site and discovered that creating a password there was not possible, so I made my order and emailed them explaining the issue regarding the fact I have no password and can't get access to the site. I got this answer:
"We don't have access to your password and are unaware of it. Could you please try logging in and out to check if you can still enter the password or not?"
I asked them to read my opening message again, but they were still unable to process the the information I had given i.e. I have not got a password.
I have had to request that they close my account but they just thanked me for my business.

Absolutely love this site, where I get my "sucky sweets" every month (okay fortnight lol!). Postage has always been very fast and reliable. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to broaden their taste horizons, there's some cool stuff on there!

My order was despatched super fast got it the very next day after placing the order, will definitely be back for another order.
