Being an American expat from time to time I like to get my favorite treats in the UK. I usually go through a different provider and everything takes weeks. I ordered from King's candy and my delivery took 24 hours. I contacted them because something wasn't as expected and they came back to me same day, took action and then sent me the new items and let me keep the original free of charge. All within about 48 hours. I can't believe how responsive and quick they were. I would highly recommend them!

A great example of how AI sh*gging can destroy a company. Employees extremely lazy, can't be bothered to do anything. Images on site AI generated, customer support not interested in doing their job. AI rots your brain - quite literally, studies have shown. This company will be bust within 5 years.

I ordered a box of twinkies but when I received them, I found out that they were actually from Canada and not the USA. Twinkies taste completely different from Canada. The website should have stated this information. If I had been aware of this, I wouldn’t have ordered them. Twinkies from Canada are awful.

I ordered something over a week ago, wrote the right address and everything and when I checked the tracking updates yesterday it said “return to sender” kings candy uk is now blaming me saying I “didnt write the address in correctly” when I did, they then replied to my email about this issue and said that they can send me my order again however I have to pay for more shipping even tho it was them who messed up but then also told me if I want a refund I can get one but only for the product not for the shipping I paid for. Due to this im not happy and will not be ordering from them again because I am not paying for more shipping because they made a mistake, and I think it’s wrong how if they refund me im missing out on the money I paid for shipping because they’re too idol to actually check the addresses properly, I would not trust this company again.

Delayed delivery time. Poor condition scratched up and dented cans. Uninterested customer support.

Great service, ordered 3 time from here. Everything arrives intact. The website is clear and easy to use and they have the best before dates shown for items close to or after the date. The only thing they don't show is the number of calories per serving which I would like to know. At the moment I'm having to Google everything I order to see the calories but will continue to order.

Only ordered for the first time last week and already placed another 2 orders since. Great company! Fantastic selection of American snacks and drinks all reasonably priced. Dispatch and delivery is always quick!

They ship using Evri, arguably the worst delivery service, so that immediately tainted my impression of them.

Moreover, their logo in the email they sent me tested positive from Sightengine as AI-generated, which also tainted my view of them.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! 🚨🚨🚨🚨 I ordered some items from Kings Candy and the first parcel was delivered with no issues at all, the second one however was delivered NOT to my house. I went to the house it was delivered to and the owner wouldnt open the door and give the parcel to my even though it had my address on. I got in touch with Kings Candy and they havent responded when l asked them what they could do about the situation knowing my parcel was lost and down nearly £70. I would like to know what or how this is going to be resolved as its alot of money to lose and to not have no response from them is very unprofessional. And maybe get the DPD driver some lessons in reading maps correctly and not sending it to the wrong house. Very angry and the issue has not been sorted after numerous emails and no response! Thanks Kings Candy! Will not be using you again! SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS!!!!! Selling items that never delivered or get delivered to wrong address! Hope your happy Kings Candy knowing that people lose money when you sell them items and nothing gets delivered! Way to run a business! They dont give refunds either even though their in the wrong! Avoid this company at all costs!!

After all the tooing and frowing with emails the issue was never resolved and l never got a refund so thanks Kings Candy, never again buy from company and no remorse! The customer is always right but in this case the customer lost money so thanks!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

I found King's Candy on Google when I returned from Barbados ( Lays crisps BBQ flavour). They sell such an array of worldwide snacks and drinks at a decent price. I would definitely recommend them and they deliver super quick.

Ordered a few times and they're great. Lots of good stuff on offer, fair prices, but deducted a star purely because it takes a few days for the order to be dispatched. Customer service is always friendly though, will keep ordering from yourselves!

I've been ordering from King's Candy for several years, maybe 3 times a year when there are offers on as the prices are not cheap in general.

A 15% discount e-mail will often get me to look to see what new products have arrived, and I may place an order, which will be around £70 getting me free delivery as well.

I like "soda" fizzy drinks that you can't get in the UK, so I'll be looking for Fanta from any other country for example, which uses proper sugar to satisfy my sweet tooth & look at other similar foreign brands to try them.
The process is easy, the delivery is always very quick & I always enjoy the drinks when they arrive, so I recommend you have a good look at the site, but check out any discount codes!
