King's Candy Recenzje 

Purchased a few items 15/11 (Saturday) with delivery not booked in until the following Friday (21/11), which is very slow in my opinion. Bad weather around this time, although roads were clear on that Friday, no delivery made and the two boxes taken back to depot, and only one delivered on Sunday (23/11). Made contact that Sunday and several times in the week to let them know what's going on, I've contacted DPD also and they need the seller to raise it so a hunt for the big box can be made. Now Thursday morning (27/11) and not a single email or call from King's Candy.

EDIT: two weeks after ordering placed, and still not a single response from them, have filled a dispute with card company.

Has taken 6 days to dispatch a tiny order, and by the time it's delivered it'll probably be a week and a half, which is insane considering I paid for 'Express' delivery.

Other then that, prices are comparable, or maybe slightly better, than competitors.

These guys are a fantastic company been uses for a few years cannot fault them thank you x

They sells food past its sell by date, I didn't read all the description as I assumed that a reputable company wouldn't do this but I have since learnt although its not illegal, what the company thinks anyone has a requirement for sweets out of date 5 months I have no idea, when I realised and asked for a refund they stated no as I should have seen the small print stating the date. T

Excellent 5 star service. Had a little problem with my order (nothing major, just a torn label on a gift) and it was fixed almost immediately with replacements sent out to me the same day I raised the query. Would definitely use again!!

I ordered singles to go and I love them.
Kings candy offer a fantastic range of these low calorie sachets. That means that with sparkling water i can make my favourite American sodas at home.
The staff are fantastic and customer service and delivery are great. I look forward to using them regularly and I highly recommend King's Candy to you my fellow customers.

They send out of date goods, mouldy and charge extortionate prices. Dates on items dreadful. No response to 100’s of emails.

Any issues and they will literally just ignore you.

I received moody food and unfortunately didn’t realise until I’d eaten some.

This caused me to become unwell and after 10 emails and 3 weeks I’ve received no response.

Absolutely shocking and will never order from her again.

Placed my first order with them ( a large order for drinks ) was sent in 2 separate packages - thats fine. First box arrived soaking wet, upon opening the box, 4 of the cans had exploded because they didn't have the common sense to use any bubble wrap or padding. I complained, got asked to send a photo of the box ( bare in mind its already in the bin). I explained the box was binned as it was shocking wet & leaked all over my carpet which i had to shampoo & dry. Had no response since despite emailing them again asking if they are going to refund me replace the 4 cans. I had planned on ordering another 100 cans but after this trial run experience- i wont bother. Ill take my custom elsewhere.

Really upset!
Ordered hello the whole package was open and leaked into the envelope contacted sent pictures no response! I even paid for fast delivery as I needed it. Very disappointed

If you have always wanted to try American snacks/candies, then Kings Candy is highly recommended. They have a good variety. I have bought from them 3x times now. Securely packaged. Pricey but soo worth it. Delivery is quick. Super happy customer.
