Love the every bit of my order with Britsuperstore. The team has really effective communication and the support is throughout the order. Will definitely come back again if I am craving for some goods from the UK!

Order has not arrived after over one month waiting, tried emailing them but still no order. No refund given when asked, definitely not reliable since Brexit.

The wrost company i have ever ordered…The first think I ordered a milk formula for my baby to come in greec because i was with holidays ,i ordered them at 10 August,i finish my holidays at 24 September and they never come ,so i make the returning of the items,the greece post told me 2 months ago that dhe products are back,when i spoke whith the britishsuperstore many many times they told me that nothing yet is back ,so now its 3 January and i still not received my full refund that the cost is 130£

5 weeks after ordering for Christmas still none the wiser about £91 worth of food which I have had to re-order from somewhere more reliable. All customer services can say is "be patient," I think 5 weeks is patience enough, especially now I'm out of pocket again. Very one-sided, clearly don't care if they lose custom. Thanks Britsuperstore for nearly ruining Christmas.

Update. Another 10 days have passed, parcel appears to have been sent to the wrong place, We have been waiting 45 days. All they have to say is be patient, wont even refund the £20 postage. Unsympathetic, greedy and dishonest in my opinion.

Neither I nor Britsuperstore know where my package is. It has been over a month since the tracking info stopped being updated. All I've received are vaguely worded excuses. Britsuperstore are refusing a refund until such a time as Bpost declare the item lost yet offer no timescale for when this might be.

I'm still awaiting my order. The last tracking update was made on the 10th December. I was told about a week ago (after making repeated inquiries) that there had a been a delay and that the tracking would be updated "shortly".
I have no idea if or when my order will arrive. This isn't the first time I've had problems with this company. For obvious reasons, it will be the last time.

EDIT: Received an update this morning (31 Dec), telling me to wait up to another 30 DAYS whilst Bpost investigate. Very quick to take my money on 20th November... not so quick to action a refund when NOTHING arrived for Christmas and the parcel tracking STILL hasn't been updated since 30th November. Absolutely appalling customer service and my advice to anyone living in France is avoid this company like the plague, as neither Britsuperstore nor Bpost seem in a hurry to refund my 150€ despite numerous requests!!!

We hadn't placed an order since earlier in the year when Brexit caused lots of problems with their orders/deliveries. However, we received an email claiming faster delivery times with the new prepaid VAT option, so decided to give this company another try.
We placed a big order for Christmas back in November and it was dispatched on 25th Nov. As we were due to move house on 20/21 Dec, I kept an eye on the tracking and after 30th Nov, the parcel just didn't seem to be moving at all.
Sent several emails and received replies just fobbing me off saying the parcel should arrive shortly. Christmas has now passed and we have moved home over 2 hours' drive away, and I'm STILL chasing up this parcel as it cost us approx. 150€.
I have repeatedly asked for a refund, as even this morning (27 Dec), the tracking still hasn't been updated since 30th Nov, so the parcel appears lost. I have been refused a refund each time, and was told the parcel either has to be returned or updated in the tracking to show it is being returned... which seems very unlikely to happen given that over 4 weeks have now passed since dispatch and the parcel doesn't seem to have moved since 30th Nov.
So, we are basically almost 150€ out of pocket, with no Christmas items, no refund, no parcel... nothing. Extremely frustrated and so very disappointed as this was once a very good company - unfortunately, it now appears to be a rather dishonest one.

I hadn't ordered anything from here before but I decided to try and get something for Christmas (like as a child we'd always get selection boxes for gifts and have a tin of roses or quality street).

I went a bit overboard with everything I wanted but they got it all! Although however there was one item that was unavailable and they communicated this immediately and we found something just as good.

Communication has always been pleasant with these guys. No issues at all with placing the order, order processing time etc.

I am really amazed that it arrived before Christmas. I have just one criticism but that's for the delivery service and not the store.

Absolutely delighted with the service from Britsuperstore! Ordered from their website for the first time a couple of weeks ago, buying some British foodstuffs some my family in Germany miss dearly. The process couldn't have been easier. My order was processed promptly and the parcel with items ordered arrived equally as promptly, in plenty of time before Christmas. Very happy new customer here!

Ordered over £100 of goods to be sent to me in France, however, the main items I wanted were missing from the delivery. okay mistakes happen, contacted them to obtain their view. Prompt response to say sorry and that they have refunded the cost if the items. Bit premature - I didn't want a refund - I wanted the items I mainly ordered for!! , especially after paying £30 postage and £20+ vat.
I received the same message a second time, and after asking once more for the items (which I would be happy to pay the amount of refund, I have heard nothing more.
Addendum: Suppler has replied that they have refunded - see above. I would not have ordered the mundane items I did if I knew the items I really wanted were missing. I think the policy should be to ship any missing items if requested, not refunding without any reference to client.

Very unprofessional service. My order was cancelled with no explanation or warning 2 weeks before Xmas leaving me in a very difficult situation.
I would not recommend.

This is the third time I've used this company and they have never let me down. I like their business model, products are chosen to order with long dates. Today I received my Xmas order and was packed with great care and attention. When I had a query I received an email reply with fully supportive comments. I will recommend this company to friends and family.

A shambles of a company, I ordered for the first time, only to be told a week later that the order was cancelled. When I complained I was told they can’t police their own website .
UNRELIABLE,UNCARING,A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.

This has to be one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. It is never impersonal and they go out of their way to meet your needs. I have used other companies which send British food to expats overseas but it has been as though I were dealing with parrots. With this company I am dealing with caring human beings, such a pleasant change.

I cannot praise this company highly enough!!!
Having lived outside the UK for over 15 years, I have used many different suppliers for my MUST HAVE goods (I mean how can anyone survive without Colemans, Branston, HP, Tetley, etc!!)
My order arrived, lovingly packed, way ahead of schedule and in my humble opinion, very well priced.
I cannot ask for more and am very, VERY satisfied.
