A pleasant shopping experience
I had an issue with the timepiece that I had selected; it was not available anymore. The support team was very helpful by sending me a list of close items to select from.
Overall, this was a pleasant shopping experience.

Thanks so much for sharing your great experience with us.
Our listings are updated on a weekly basis but with this big range of models from various manufacturers, it’s not 100% possible to ensure that a model can be discounted meanwhile.
We are very happy that we could manage to find an alternative which was satisfying and made it a great experience for you overall.
We hope to see you again soon.
Best regards

very good!
I had a great experience, my order arrived before the deadline they had told me, even though the item was not in stock. Shipping took only one business day from departure. I would increase the update emails in the various stages of the order, but email support is always available to answer. congratulations!

Rarely have I seen better support.
Rarely have I seen better support.
I wanted to order a gift for a friend and the object in question wasn't in store. The bitdials support immediately set out to source it and always kept me in the loop on the status.
There was a minor complication/misunderstanding during shipping during which the support has always been incredibly polite and helpful and responding very quickly.
In a business like this, support is key, and bitdials is hitting the nail on the head.
Very pleasant experience.

Great customer service as a first time buyer
This was not only the first time I was buying a watch online, it was also the first time I was buying a Rolex watch. Therefore, I was initially filled with trepidation. Though, once I engaged with Julia, they made me feel confident in the process. Our communications were prompt and professional, and my watch was shipped the same day.
Next day I got the watch in my hands and I am delighted with my purchase and its condition.
The number one place to purchase a watch with crypto.

Went for the Rolex Batman GMT master 2 and can't say there was anything unpleasant throughout the buying and delivery process. Simply excellent service.
Haven't bought anything on request yet so can't judge that.
