Bought an Omega watch as my first one from them. Got watched checked at my local Omega store (Just to be safe) - Checked out completely as it should. All was good and the watch brand new as promised. Watched arrived within the promised time and they always answered my emails quite fast.
I can only recommend this site for crypto watch buying.

Non vedo recensioni recenti e non so se l'azienda sia ancora attiva. So solo che è più di una settimana che cerco un contatto sul web per fare un acquisto, ma nessuno mi risponde. Ho anche ricevuto la risposta automatica da support@ dove mi si dice che sarei stato contattato a breve, ma anche qui, oltre quella automatica, non mi è arrivata nessuna risposta. Tutto lascia presumere che, nonostante il sito sia ben curato, l'azienda non sia più attiva.

The response time to any request is very short and exhaustive. They managed very well the shipment and I found no problem with custom taxes. They shipped the item within the declared time.

Such a fantastic experience. I ordered the mint green Sky-Dweller on Jubilee, which is a hard watch to get hold of but Julia and the team were amazing in sourcing and sending the watch. Communications were exceptional, shipping perfect. I absolutely love the watch. Already in line to order the rose gold jubilee when it hits the market.

Excellent seller, trustworthy and fast!
My experience started the 4th march 2024, when I wrote to the bitdials support asking information about a watch that wasn't on stock, but was available in 1-2 weeks. The answer was fast, they confirmed me that their distributor has the watch on stock and I can place an order. I agreed and few moment later I got an email with a link to complete the purchase for the watch I've chose. I made it trough a bitcoin payment. Once the txi was confirmed I got the email that confirm my order. After the payment I waited about 9 days before that the watch was sent from the distributor to bitdials HQ, then bitdials took 1 day to deliver the watch to my address. During those days I wrote to them few time to have some update, and the answer was always fast. I had even some chat with Julia on telegram. The 15th the watch left the bitdials HQ and I got the tracking number, the delivery was planned for the 22, one week later, but it took only 5 days to arrive at my address. At the end since the payment to the actual delivery passed exactly 15 days. I'm glad to have use it finally. Hope to use it again soon.

Super friendly staff and very communicative!
At first I had my doubts because you have to be very careful online while ordering Luxury watches.
First I had a chat with one of the employees. After feeling comfortable I made my first purchase. Despite some delay the watch arrived very very neatly packed. Also I could pick the delivery method that was most convenient for me. Definitely recommend!
And shoutout to Julia for the support over the past days.

Ordering goods from outside of the EU will always be attached to importing fees on your end. This is not just the case on BitDials. We are transparently advertising that we ship from the European Union and cannot avoid importing processes by your local customs office.
We have asked you multiple times to answer the request of the parcel service to finish the import process and pay duties without success.
Please reply or contact the parcel service to release the parcel for delivery or answer our emails to get help.
