Easy order process and good communication love the watch.

Great customer Service, Julia was extremely helpful and assuring when placing an order and everything went super smooth.

My watch had some minor scratches which was quite unfortunate but it does not look worn so I believe it has happened in handling or during inspection. A polish might help but overall I'm very happy and I'll very likely place another order at BitDials in the future!

If you're looking to buy luxury accessories with crypto, definitely use BitDials

It was my first major purchase with cryptocurrency, and honestly I did not expect it to be this smooth. The payment was confirmed immediately, and I was always informed on the status of delivery of my watch. The watch arrived in a dedicated box for protection. I am very satisfied, and will definitely use BitDials again.

I have always been pleased and recommended this store to others. However, an unpleasant situation happened to me.

I ordered two watches of which I received only one. Probably the second-most expensive watch was stolen in transit. The package was retaped with transparent tape on a plastic bag, which made it difficult to notice. I thought it was a mistake and the second watch will be shipped the next day.

Unfortunately, horror just begun..

Bitdials filed a complaint with FedEx and it was rejected after a week when the police investigation lasted 5 months. Police investigations show that the package was unpacked. FedEx itself admits that the package was unpacked outside my country. The shipment at an airport in my country was reduced in weight. None of the above helped claim a refund under your shipping insurance. Bitdials claimed that there was a problem with the resumption of the complaint on his side when I had already collected evidence that I didn't make up this story. I don't know how it is possible that in my country FedEx still has an open complaint and in the country of the sender it has been closed after a week and has never been resumed again. After more than a year, not much has become clear. I lost a lot of time, nerves and money trying to resolve this situation. It is not even about the money that I lost but about the fact that no one suffered any consequences for it.

From all this it follows that the most likely will be that the watch will be found than I will get the money back or that the guilty person will be found.

Know that you will not get specific help from Bitdials in such a situation. They will say that is your fault because you have picked it up, and now you have picked it up, so you are the owner and deal with it by yourself. I think that even not picking up this parcel would also be a problem, but a bigger problem for the Bitdials. It looks like a penalty for ordering something in their store.

I do not wish anyone such a situation, but if you will have a similar problem and whether you will collect the parcel or not, it will be hard to get the money back or receive the item again,

the only thing left for me now is to warn others and believe that one day this situation will become clear.

you ask for products worth over 2 million and want to talk to someone in sales or get an offer and get an answer that "unfortunately" it is not possible.

I bought both a lighter and a watch from Bitdials.

One of the times I was unlucky that FedEx delivered the parcel to the wrong person.

During the two weeks it took for FedEx to correct this, I had almost daily contact with Bitdials.
Their support team and Julia in particular were incredibly helpful and supportive.

The parcel finally arrived and I am very pleased with how Bitdials was involved all the way despite the error being 100% FedEx error, a great security to have in such a situation.

Hope we do more business in the future :)
