I am very impressed with customer support service and communication
I am very impressed with customer service of BitDials. They quickly confirmed and procured the item and kept me updated on every step of their sourcing process and ETA. We had a little mishap with a courier service and Julia was very proactive, energetic and approachable to resolve it asap so that I get the item on time. Such less standard situations show the real strength of the customer service vs. business as usual. I'd put six stars if it were possible.

Thank you for sharing your experience with our community.
We apologize that your box didn’t arrive in perfect condition. The watch was from our partner storage and our logistics team should have been checking the parcel more carefully before sending it out.
This is the reason we always ship over our own storage to ensure these quality checks get executed with the utmost care.
We have taken action to avoid this happens again in future.
We had a new box ready and wanted to ship it to you, of course, free of charge but you have declined. We wonder about that but respect your decision and wish you all the best with the beautiful watch.
Best regards

Legit. Luxurious. Helpful.
As you can imagine, shipping a luxury watch from one country to another is hard. Bitdials made this process smooth and easy. The beautiful watch (everything is legit) has arrived today, and I am very pleased with everything, and how much effort bitdials put into getting it delivered on time.

For watches we don´t have in stock, we are dependent on our supplier network and their ability to keep deadlines. It’s not possible always but we will always make sure to inform you transparently throughout the buying process.
We are happy that it worked well and you are satisfied. We’re here for you anytime.

A happy new RS3 owner
All i can say is everything went smoothly.
It was exactly 1 month since contacting them for car request (Audi RS3) to the day i got my car delivered. Been scared from the day I payed, but its was all unnecesary. Really happy with the car :) Original car papers came with fedex 6-days after car arrival.
Been daily in contact with Julia so the waiting was easier.
I know where i will be buying the next dream car ;)
Keep up the good work team!
Alex

First Rolex purchase - very excited!
I purchased my holy grail watch - the Rolex GMT-Master II "Pepsi" - and I'm thoroughly delighted with the experience. Great website, huge range, easy transaction and then EXCELLENT customer service. Very detailed tracking right up until the watch was in my hands.
Highly recommended. Will be making more purchases in the future.
