First package got lost and was never…

First package got lost and was never delivered. Second attempt was delivered a day later than first announced in the tracking tool. All in all, I went without my supplements for two weeks because delivery took so long.

Biogena USA imported the supplement which the did not carry here especially for me! Fantastic service! Very professional

Ms. Sandra Barnard was extremely helpful in getting us one of the Biogena supplements which they did not have yet in the USA.
Throughout the process she kept me informed about where we were and about the ETA.
The Biogena products are way superior to the Supplements one can buy here in the US. They have been prescribed to me by a doctor in Spain and I like them a lot. They are imported from Austria.

I have ordered omega 3 offer to use…

I have ordered omega 3 offer to use them for one year (the 12 boxes and two free), and I received them all expiring soon in April 2024.
I very disappointed and I want full refund.
When you buy 12 boxes it’s obvious you need more validity to be able to take them during the coming year ver disappointed.

Love Biogena

I know Biogena from back home in Austria and trust their expertise and high standards. There are so many brands out there and you just dont know whats really in there. For me there is no other brand where I rather order my supplements.
