Ordered shoes at full price. They arrived without original packaging and with a visible scratch.
Support refused any partial refund and only offered return (wait weeks, size already out of stock) or repair (which makes no sense for a new item).
End result: you either waste your time or accept a defective product at full price. Not recommended.

I am disappointed with how ABOUT YOU has handled my refund. I returned an item and it was delivered to their warehouse on 20 February 2026, and according to their terms the refund should have been issued within 14 days. Today is 2 April, and I still have not received the refund - more than five weeks after they confirmed receiving the return.

I contacted customer service twice by email, but each time I received almost identical formal responses saying my request would be forwarded to the finance department. After that, I sent another inquiry over a week ago, and this time I received no reply at all.

I also called their customer service line. The operator told me she could not help and had no information about the status of my refund.

I understand delays can happen, but a refund should not take this long once the return has been received, and communication should be clear and helpful. I hope ABOUT YOU improves both their refund process and the quality of customer support. I will update this review if the issue is resolved.

Returning goods that are fake. They dont deliver original products and when after return is processed you want the refund, they lie about not having you bank details (which they actually had right after returning goods) and changing refund payout date every time, you check. First it was 04.10, then 08.10, after asking where is my money, they changed date to 13.10 and let it seem like “nothing can be done to help” avoid at any cost, if you dont want to waste your time on chansing your own money!!

Good quality, quick reaction and delivery, different options for paying. All together... just what i am looking for in todays world.

They have a wide selection and on sales seems like a great deal but when you go pick things the big size doesn't have a discount, for example Tommy Hilfiger wool jumper up to xxl 59 euros but for xxxl 110 and the same goes for like 30 others that i looked at utterly disappointing and waste of time. On top of it it displays saving even though i chose size before so have to click on each of them to make sure the price shown on main page is wrong.
