I received my order item #SS126 and started working on it. I have been very short on two of the drills; the green one and the clear one. I didn’t have enough of either color to complete one of the ponies. I’d like to receive replacements for those two colors so that I can finish the picture.

I realized that I didn’t get a confirmation email after I spent an hour pouring over all of the beautiful designs and had selected several. I contacted customer service to inquire about my order and Helen was so responsive! She was able to track down that somehow I hadn’t completed my order and linked me back to my basket. She was friendly and very helpful! I was able to complete my order and now I’m looking forward to getting started on my kits! Thanks so much Helen!

I thought I was missing one packet of diamond. I contacted the service department and Helen responded within 12 hours. She told me exactly what was needed. I sent the information. I had one problem with the website when I wasn't able to complete an order. I contacted Customer Service and they responded in a timely manner. I was able to place the order later that day.

I made a mistake when I made my order and I contacted the company and they helped me out until I got things straightened out. I haven’t had any trouble with my order but I find it takes a long time to get my orders, that’s the only problem I ever had.

I have ordered from this company several times and am completely happy with their prices, quality of products and customer service. They promptly respond to questions/concerns, and when one of the items I ordered was no longer available, they immediately notified me and gave me the option of replacing it with a different item, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend them for all of your diamond painting supplies.

My original order got lost in shipping but notified me that it was delivered. I contacted them and they said they would resend my order. It was taken care of very quickly. Very good customer service!!

I was very impressed with the service I received when the wrong color beads were included in my project. I contacted the company & got an answer back right away. The correct beads were sent to me very quickly. I am very happy with this company and will do many more pieces from them.

My sister got me hooked on this website. I’ve had several pictures made by this company and I’ve been pleased with all of them and if they can’t do the picture, they let me know ahead of time so I’m not too disappointed. This last one we were kind of been a flood situation so I didn’t read the emails stating that I needed to fix the picture so I just text them to ask him why it was taken so long and they let me know and everything is cool. They’re doing my picture and it will be Here before. I know it another one. I’m sure I will be thrilled with their understanding. They’re helpful. they do great work. I’ll come back to them over and over again and I will tell my friends this truly is a wonderful site Betty from Texas.
