Bidz 

I only rated it 3 out 5, because I only received 1 item out 6! I am still waiting for the rest. I was hoping to at least get 2 before New Year, but no Bueno! So far the first item is okay. It just came in a plastic bag, no thrills to the packaging. I ordered from this site way back before and everything I ordered cane in a timely manner and nice packaging. I do not know what happened now! I even ordered a lot of items. Oh well, I guess I have to play the waiting game! At this point, kind of disappointed.

shipping was terrible, took way too long.

Still waiting on orders 2 1/2 months in. Products are good only if you can get them. Customer service has failed me up to this point. If I can get them to ship my items to me within the next week,ratings will go up. They,however,can receive only one star at this point.

I am a repeat customer on and off over several years.
I have place 2 recent orders (Dec 2018). One order recieved on time. The other order not.
It has been 10 business days yet no movement what so ever, stating it is "open"

I also paid extra on the shipping. I would at least like that reimbursed since my order hasn't even been processed yet.
It's already a late gift...
Update: if you type bidz in a search you will find this has been a on and off again thing happening for several years.
January 12 , 2019 update
Their website is down for "scheduled maintenance".
I still have yet to receive a response back from my email to customer service as well. The Web site was up at the time of my first email to customer service.

They've scammed me multiple times, resulting in me losing around a hundred dollars, gave me some store credit, I used the store credit to buy a gift for someone, and the company decided to wait about six months before actually sending it.

Worthless and pathetic company with terrible customer service, will not buy from again.

I ordered 2 rings on orders 517218110 and 517216112 sometime in September and I just got order 517216112 on Jan 2nd and I still have not received 517218110 as of yet and I sent 2 emails asking when this will be shipped and I still have not gotten a response. I have tried calling your 800# at least 30-50 times and keep getting the voice mail and before you ask I have call on different times many times. When I try and leave a message it says the voice mail is full and messages cant be left. I think you must have 2 people working for the company as no one knows how to answer a phone. I am really frustrated about this last order and need some sort of compensation with the ring. I have been told that the companies you deal with aren't sending you the items so you should tell these companines to send or you wont do business with them, as well don't say in the description it will be shipped out within 10 days of payment and don't charge a credit card until you actually ship the item. This is my situation and its not the first time (3rd time over all with bidz.com that an order has taken this long).

It took months to get two rings. One from July and one from August. Both came last week.

The quality is fine but I had already forgotten I had won the bids on them.

I won't be using Bidz anymore.

Items received pearl errings were broken. Wait time for items ordered. Some over 30 days currently. Quality down from a year ago.

I just got an email, that bracelets I ordered over a year ago are on there way. They were out of stock. Regular mail does not cut it, as it takes too long. I have waited over two weeks for mail delivery. It took two weeks to go from California to eastern Canada. Then another week for Canadian mail. Products, jewelry is of good quality. Have more specials, example, under twenty dollars

I purchased and paid for about $10k in merchandise. After a month and several emails to customer service, I haven't received any of it. I'm glad I purchased thru pay pal and with a credit card. I can cancel and get refunded.

I have two order still not shipped from October 15 and the other from October 20th this is unacceptable, I have shopped Bidz for at least 5 years and never had this problem. I like Bidz except for that. If I could find out how to cancel those orders I would.

Over 45 days later, I'm still waiting on the delivery of my order. Had to ask for the status... And still waiting.

Credit card was immediately charged though.

Old site was much better run.

Many years ago Bidz was great place to buy jewelry. Now it is worst and stupid site I know. It was my 4-th order canceled by Bidz. Each time they provide new reason, Now, like problems with transaction. I am happy to receive full refund.
NOW, I FORGOT BIDZ FOREWER!!!

I have never seen bidding site that is so disorganized.
I made purchases 4 months ago and they are still not shipped.
It took 3 months to have an item CANCELLED after I made the request.
So far I have 2 items that were cancelled by you after 2 months later because they were out of stock.
I made a purchase and 2 days later I was credited without any explanation.
I made the purchase of a ring that I have paid to have it reseize.
When I received the ring it was not reseized. I tryed to have it reseize.
It could not be reseize without damaging the Diamonds.
I went to a specialist that Added a gold band on the Inside of the ring.
Now it fits my wife finger but added to the cost of the ring by another
$201.00. They also found the the ring had cracks on the Inside.
What a bargain I made when purchasing that ring.
I have lost all confidence in Bidz,
I have stopped making purchases because I have 16 items that have
not been shipped yet.
I hope that I will get these items one day.
This shows the confidance I have in Bidz.
For a while I was sending E-Mails and was getting no response.
Lately it has improve to my satisfaction.
I will not recomend Bidz to anyone as I started making my first purchase
in June 2018. Les than 6 months ago and I am still wating for purchases
that I have made back in September 2018 to be shipped.
You keep saying that am an important Customer, But I feel more like
a nobody. I am not satisfied to say the least.
If you have problems with your distributor, the answer that I get all the
time, maybe you should get different distributor or stopped selling
the merchandise that you cannot delivered.
Thank you for giving me a chance to express my frustration.

bad on meeting delivery promising date. two times had orders shipped six months later after order date.

Stay away from Bidz unless you dont mind waiting months to receive your orders or paying much more for most items than you would on Ebay. I canceled 6 of my last 8 orders due to non shipping and got my banks involved because Bidz didnt refund my money in a timely fashion. Used to be a good auction site but not any more

It took way too long to come. I ordered it in September and received it in December. It was a lot smaller then I was expecting.

I bought a designer scarf from Bidz needed to cancel it because It took a long time to receive it due to out of stock (as Bidz said to me). I contacted customer service several times to cancel and refund money due to long delivery and it’s been a while and there’s was no progress and I didn't receive any answer and my money back. I have been bought from this company previously and got my stuff properly, what happened now?! unfortunately I read all similar reviews about not providing items and not giving money back but only after I bought my item... So bad. Stay away from this company!

Seems that they had a recent management change, as I have bought from them for years and over thousands of dollars and were never this slow or as disorganized in getting me my order. 3 months to send my order and ordered 3 rings, only received 2 at this time, now told the other is on its way!!
