The watch and price were good
the delivery did take two month
during this time i was told not acceptable stories and promises
i had filling that i never will receive my watch
i also was told that they will give me refund for shipping which they never did
i wood be hesitate to buy again or recommend this site

I placed an order in August and got half of it in November. Sill waiting for rest of order and this is December. Never had this happen before. They were always delivered in a timely manner with other purchases. Do not care to shop and wait so long or items.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered $340 worth of items and after weeks the status is still open. I requested a refund and was told 3-5 days and that never happened. After reading all the reviews on other sites, I know that I will not be getting my money back. With so many complaints, how come no one had shut down this site? That was a lot of money for me..THEY ROB PEOPLE!!! SCAM!!!
UPDATE: still no refund!

waited since August for package. It has just been shipped but i have not received it yet. Now I have another order which is a month old, no Idea when it will be shipped

When merchandise is received I have been pleased. Disappointed with fact that bidsite tells you item will be shipped anywhere from next day to 7-10 days yet it has been over 2months and still not received 11 of 12 items.

Have a product ordered Oct 23rd suppose to ship 5 to 7 days and still haven't received was told its was a route to bidz but still no product was suppose to be a birthday gift in November but now 38 days overdue and no product

Ship out won items only in 6 months. Very often gets cancelled.

You were happy to accept our money however we bought goods that were unavailable and now 6 months has elapsed and we are still waiting. Customer service terrible

My problemisi not getting the items I won bidding... one was canceled after month , other was received, the last one I have not eceived but card is charging me penalty's

i had won some items and paid for them and now the items are not going to be shipped and they can not find the transactions to give me credit because they said they changed processors. So now I am out the money and the merchandise

I ordered products that said 3 to 5 day shipping on August 9, 2018. I finally received my order on November 5, 2018. My order contained 9 pieces. All I received from my Email complaints was the run around and they would always tell me the order would be shipped within 2 weeks. The last time I emailed them the person said he would get back to me A.S.A.P. He still has never contacted me or emailed me.

I love the unique jewelry, it is the ONLY reason I continue to shop on Bidz. The delivery time is beyond too slow. Which wouldn't be an issue if they were upfront and communicated clearly. Maybe consider telling people that it will take 3+ months to get their items? I would be fine with that, it's just the expectation that it would come when I made a purchase and the lack of communication that makes buying from them frustrating. Coupled with the fact that they are expensive purchases so it leaves a person wondering if their money has been stolen. Also it took 3 months for them to refund me for an out of stock item. I only got the refund after sending 6 emails -- unacceptable. Work on your communication.

It has been a while since I was on the Bidz site. I never had a problem with Bidz previously, made purchases and received the merchandise within a couple of weeks. I went on the site recently and made some purchases worth about $3000.00 US. I bid on items for an anniversary gift which had passed before I even got word that they weren't available. I tried calling the customer service number, but never got an answer and the message box was always full. I finally emailed Bidz and started to get some response. I waited almost 2 months before I started receiving any merchandise, Items I really wanted were sold out or not available. They did redeem themselves by finally getting me the items that were available, and eventually give me my refunds on the items that weren't available. This whole process started around June 26/18 when I bid on the items and the refunds finally came through on October 22/18. Five(5) months is a little lengthy from start to finish, but they did come through and I thank them for that. To finish, I did go back on the site and ordered a pair of earrings. It took about a month which isn't too bad. I was disappointed in the time it took to resolve the issue of the first 3 orders, but I still enjoy the site and have been back looking at more jewelry. Hopefully they will fine tune procedures and vendors to get back to site they once were.

I have mixed feelings about Bidz...on one hand I love jewelry so it's an effective means to attain some otherwise pieces I may not be able to afford. I have had quite a few items cancelled and that disturbs me a great deal. The items I purchase are presents sometimes and with them being cancelled I then have to find other means. The customer service is wonderful however and they do try to help as much as they can. I have also recieved items that were damaged wether it be because of poor packaging or the postal service it's not clear. Customer service is very prompt in dealing with these situations. So aside from the very many cancelled items I do believe this site is satisfactory.

I love Bidz jewelry and have been buying from them for years. This is the first year that I had trouble with delivery. One item got cancelled on me and I'm still waiting for 2 more items. Bidz customer service have really worked with me and have been very considerate. Yes, I would buy from them again.

Sale of some products not in their inventory! Just not acceptable! Please only post items for bid that are already on hand from vendors!

I appreciate being able to bid on items that I usually would not be able to obtain. But unfortunately it takes them a long time to receive the items. The staff usually is responsive and answers questions pretty quickly. They just need to work on getting items to the customer quicker.

It took over 3 months to recieve. I had a store credit after fighting for a year about an item I never a refund I never received. Never ever will I buy anything again.

I have seen a lot of bad reviews about this company but I decided to give it a chance. And I’m not disappointed at all because I got an amazing watch which I won in auction. The watch is the same as described and came on time.
