Rav and colleagues at Biasi Technical support went above and beyond to assist me repair a Biasi boiler over the festive period. I'm especially grateful for Ravs's patience, courtesy and clear instructions. I would recommend these guys whole heartedly. Thanks for your support.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with as a gas engineer. Installed a new basica and flame detection or pcb fault. Rang to book an engineer, and the guy asking me for working pressure and inlet pressure. Told him can’t take working pressure as it won’t light up and inlet pressure is 25.5 at the meter and at the boiler. But he kept on insisting for it. Another one came over the phone telling me it can’t be possible and what kind of engineer I’m.
It’s been a week now and still no sign of engineer. Good thing is boiler was bought by the customer directly from the merchant. So I’m not getting any headaches from the customer
We the gas engineer never recommended Biasi, and only landlords buy this crap.
Tried to speak to management but can’t get through so I ended up writing a review.

Had a biasi boiler fitted in 2 months ago only! Its been going off ever since purchasd it! No hot water and no heating. Got young kids in the house and eldery! Very very dissapointed with this service. I personally think the boiler is faulty but everytime i try explaining to them they just brush me off & dont want to know! Please stay away from biasi boilers!

Nicky answered phone promptly and politely. Didn’t have me waiting around. Immediately located my product and updated warranty details. Cannot fault the service. Responses via email are also very quick. Very good experience.

They are not willing to discuss warranty claim which was in warranty period when the fault was reported even though it's clear from photos that there is a manufacturing fault. This is the same manufacturing fault which we had on the same boiler which needed the threat of legal action before they would agree to change along with delaying tactics and a wait of several months for the part. With this boiler they claim that signs of dirt in a boiler that is nearly 5 years old means it's never been serviced which is ridiculous. We have over 70 boilers installed and employ 2 gas safe engineers who service the boilers annually and sign off their required benchmark report. Reading through other reviews it is a common tactic used by this company which I have never experienced with any other boiler manufacturer. I will shortly be launching a website where people who have experienced similar problems with Biasi avoiding warranty claims can get in touch with the view of putting together a joint legal claim.

As a landlord I have a few , Biasi boilers and as always great prompt customer care.
