If you contact us, you'll be speaking to someone at our Craft Bakery in Harrogate. They are as close as you can be to the heart of our business without being sat next to the bread ovens, so you will be in expert hands.
We aim for perfection but from time to time things don't go to plan, so if the worst happens we will always do all we can to put it right.
Every person in our team has the authority to make decisions on their own, so they will do their best to fix things there and then. They will only pass you along or check in with a colleague when the question absolutely requires it.

Good reliable food in Betty’s…
Good reliable food in Betty’s Northallerton. Friendly staff. Sad to see portion sizes reducing significantly over the last 2 yrs as well as prices going up but this seems to happen over all of the places I eat at. A squeeze both ways.
Also I noticed the staff didn’t reinforce the no telephone call rule.

Fantastic cake
Fantastic service from Bettys staff and a beautiful cake received for my parents 60th wedding anniversary . Would definitely recommend for a special occasion . Packaged unbelievably well very impressive. cake was delicious as always.

Great products in the main... But...
Great products in the main, but cake (8-10 servings) had one day to eat before the best before date expired. I sent an email and never got any follow up from bettys. Previously the customer service has been good and dates much much better! Disappointing as this a birthday gift.

From the outset the customer service at Betty’s was outstanding. From ordering the cake to collecting it from Betty’s Harrogate. It goes without saying that the cake itself looked and tasted perfect.
