Despite delivering the car first thing it was clearly left to the end of the day for its oil service. Drove 50 yards up the road and all the red oil warning lights came on . Where the car had been parked there were puddles of oil. Vicky the customer contact person very professional but clearly short cuts taken on the technical side with potentially catastrophic consequences. Have never had the promised call with explanation and apology etc from Jennifer the manager.

Overall buying experience was ok. However, after being promised I would be reimbursed for my taxi from the airport to collect the car, my emails over the last 2 months are falling on deaf ears. Poor form, should have never offered to pay. In the grand scheme of things it's not a huge amount but just leaves a poor taste

My car had a recall booked in for a drivers airbag replacement, the day before they rang me to bring my car in early morning. I explained that I had mobility issues and would find it difficult to get home from there, the chap told me he would call back in 5 minutes, he rang me back and said they would do the replacement while I waited. They did the job in around 40 minutes which I thought was brilliant I would like to thank all your staff for doing a brilliant job for me it was much appreciated.

The sales person, Lucy Donnelly, engaged us shortly after we entered the showroom in a friendly way. She asked good questions, was knowledgeable about the cars and talked us through the options without any pressure. This was in stark contrast to our experiences with other dealers and their sales people. She also made the actual sale process easy despite all the paperwork.
