Band arrived no issues all set up ok, the BP readings seem lower than my usual ones but I’ll give it a bit of time however the sleep app carries on saying I’m asleep when I have been awake and out of bed which is giving the wrong impression I am sleeping more not sure there is a way around this but open to any advice someone wants to give

26 emails....not counting social media. 3-5 day delivery is advertised - 3 weeks from CHINA. not germany. excuse sold too many units and now from china. part refund - if it's not here by tomorrow, we will send another, tomorrow never comes, sorry for the delay, please wait.
Goods arrive after 3 weeks, tried and tested product for 2 day FAULTY- STEPS WELL OFF BY 1000+++
various suggestions to improve, switch are, do this, do that, still FAULTY

I am then told I have to PAY TO RETURN A FAULTY UNIT, then wait 10 DAYS for product to be checked.. b4 refund.

The amount of time wasted... unbelievable!

Gave the product a try but not quite the medical grade I was expecting and needed for my health concerns.
The supplier was good enough to offer a fair refund all things considered.
Olivia who organised the refund was very helpful.

It just did everything it said it would! Love the apps UI so easy to use and interpret. Data is accurate - I have to do regular blood pressure readings and HLTH’s was identical. The band is comfortable, secure and really quick to remove. The price is unbelievable for what you’re getting. No issues with order or delivery. Recommended to my friend and he’s also thrilled with it.

The company are very professional and fairly responsive. After I order a Hlth band they provided clear, accurate tracking information. The band itself is superb and well worth the discounted £75 price tag. It captures all the key metrics - a must have for those interested in tracking key health metrics!

My initial attempts to set this up were a little confusing but with perseverance I was successful.
I have now worn the band for ten days, tried both straps and both positions on each wrist and find it uncomfortable to wear. I realise this is a personal problem not necessarily a fault with the band.

The main reason for my purchase was blood pressure monitoring to supplement the use of the traditional cuff. Imagine my surprise that since wearing the band my blood pressure has fallen from the high range all the way to the normal range. Unfortunately this is not the case and despite following all the instructions offered in their guides I still find the Blood Pressure reading widely inaccurate. I cannot comment on the other readings as I have nothing to compare them with.
After discussions and testing with a very helpful person at HLTH it was agreed that this was not the item I was looking for and they have offered a refund.
Cannot fault their Customer Service.

I’m pleased with my HLTH band which I’ve had about a month. The support team were very good and quickly answered a query I had. The blood pressure readings are the reason I bought the device along with the fact there’s no subscription. Easy to wear and the app is simple. I can recommended this product if you don’t want the watch-type (expensive) alternatives.

Absolute scam. No delivery no updates no answers to my messages and emails.
Good i paid by PayPal so will be easier to get money back

I unfortunately had my band stolen in my package and when I received it, it wasn’t there. I contacted the team and the response was speedy, curious and understanding. They immediately sent a replacement out and although not yet received, the process was excellent.

I am very impressed with the team and actions. Would definitely buy again.

Olivia closed the deal and the refund hit my account, after weeks of waiting and not knowing if the return was received or approved. Your product clearly need more development before being commercially viable. You are not the only manufacturer of these devices in the same position.

Took a very long time to arrive. However i am mightily impressed seems to be accurate for me. I am not an athlete but have several health problems and at 80 i like to keep track of my vitals to remain as fit and healthy as Possible. Tanks to the smashing OLIVIA at Customer support, who got the whole situation sorted rapidly and with grace, compassion and understanding.

I wanted a health tracker that was simple to use, and a reasonable price. I've had this for two weeks now. It's lovely and light to wear and I can totally ignore what it is doing until I'm ready to look at the data. As an older lady this will help me get fit without stressing me out

The HLTH band is fantastic. Simple pairing and so many things it can do, better than anything else similar on the market. Highly recommend

This is a great wearable health tracker. I've been using it a few days now and without doubt it is the best tracker I've ever had. The fact it tracks all the essentials including steps, sleep, blood pressure, stress and more, it also has an extensive range of sport options to choose from when tracking physical activity. I've had other wearables in the past that are unnecessarily complicated or there's an additional subscription cost. This is excellent value for money and would highly recommend.

Wrong age for modern technology but with Olivia's help and assistance I am up and running. Even managing to be impressed with the information I can get from it.
