Service was excellent
Service was excellent. Needed to replace my 7 year old showers. Thought I’d buy one to see how good the service was and the product. It was great. No hassle arrived in super fast time and the shower was excellent. So ordered a second one and the service was just as good. Very happy!!!

We wanted to return an unopen toilet seat. They wouldnt accept even though it was still packaged.

Odpowiedź od Bella Bathrooms
Hi Mohammad
Unfortunately, as the seat could have been placed onto the rim of a toilet pan for sizing, we can not accept them back and send to another customer, regardless of whether they are still in the plastic wrap. It is highlighted on the page that toilet seats are non returnable for hygiene reasons.
Kind regards
