We use Harrison Bathrooms / SCUDO every week for our orders and have always received great service.

Janet Somers in the Accounts Department has been my main point of contact since October 2024, and I honestly cannot praise her enough. She is always friendly, helpful and willing to go above and beyond.

When Janet took over, our account was in a bit of a mess, but she worked hard to get everything organised and under control. Nothing ever seems too much trouble for her.

I deal with Scudo on a regular basis. Always willing to help and reply to emails etc very quickly. The customer service team in particular Megan and Kieren are always helpful.

The staff are very helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. They are friendly, professional, and make the ordering process easy and stress-free. Excellent service.

Sam was very friendly and informative on the phone and once I had supplied the paperwork the response was immediate and parts aee on the way. Brilliant. Thank you.

The team are either really helpful or very unhelpful. There does not seem to be any consistency. It is a shame as i would spend a lot more with them.

Had an issue with my hot water heater. I sent a what’s app message. They tried to resolve the matter via what’s app straight away. Unfortunately the matter couldn’t be resolved and they sent me out a new water heater straight away. Haven’t come across such wonderful customer service in a long time. Excellent service 👍
