I've ordered from Rubber duck several times over the past few years and they have always been very helpful but I ordered a bath on the 1st May and it was delivered with a faulty overflow pipe. I rang them the next day within 24hrs as this is their policy for returns etc. They stated they would order a new pipe which would be an easy fix however that's not the case and I'm not comfortable having to replace the part on a brand new bath. My son and I have rang them several times but keep speaking to different members of staff who just keep saying they are sorting it!!
We have now had to reschedule a tiler and Rubber duck are not returning my calls as I've asked for a full refund. I'm really disappointed in the service this time and not what I expected from this company tbh. Looks like I will have to return the bath myself to the shop to get a refund!!!

Ordered a bath , it was delivered quickly by a very helpful courier. When I contacted Rubberduck to enquire about the side panel delivery, they called me back within minutes with the information.

I ordered a wet room showerscreen on the Wednesday, got a delivery day on Thursday, delivered on Fri at 9am, very nice freindly driver who put it into the home, it was very well packaged with nothing missing and good instructions.
It took me 3 hours to fit, (68yr old) and everything went well, a good quality product at a fair price compared to other companies.
Very pleased with the communication with the staff too, always helpful, the phone line can get busy at times but I think that's a sign that they are popular.

Had to chase to get the order delivered. Had to return part of it when it eventually turned up. Still waiting for a refund 1 month on. No response to requests for an update.

Rubber duck equivocated about a heavy shower part which had complicated measurements. My builder agreed with me re the description of the item but an incorrect unit was sent. Happy to take my money but when a problem arose it was like looking into the eyes of a stranger. Awful experience. They were obtuse & robotic in their responses & expected me to pay postage. The operative acted insulted and injured when challenged. When I said they had lots of bad reviews on Trust Pilot the operative replied smugly "We've got good ones too" Risible, lax & cursory customer service. Conclusion?
Avoid.

Sent all the correct information over company sent out the wrong part twice then decided to ignore me after trying to put the blame on me and we’re not accept return postage or refund

I ordered a wall channel for my wet room shower glass to slide into. The item never arrived on time or at all really. So I cancelled the order and my refund still has not come back after nearly 3 weeks
